Bathroom was filthy. The service was friendly but worst bagel and apple fritter we have ever had. Also ordered a large... peppermint tea and it was very weak- if a large size is ordered it should maybe get 2 teabags. We love McDonald's so that is whyI reviewed this visit. Read more
Food was good but I ordered two McFlurrys and it took 15 minutes and they were like half full ????.
Let me start off by saying that I never write reviews, but this was the worst experience at McDonald?s I?ve ever had. First... off, the food took 25 minutes. The restaurant was busy so we didn?t make a big deal about the wait at the time. When we got ourfood my burger was wrong. I brought it to the counter for a new one. I waited another 10 minutes and still nothing. I asked theemployee when my McDouble would be ready and she told me they were making it now. I waited another 10 minutes and asked againand this time requested new fries since mine were cold now. There were multiple other customers waiting ridiculous amounts oftime for their food as well and getting very frustrated. At this point my family had finished eating and were waiting to leave.I asked again how long. The manager gave me ?my food? and as I was leaving I checked the bag to make sure the food was correct.It was not. She gave me a chicken burger instead of a McDouble. I went back to the counter and told her my food was wrong again.The manager then proceeded to tell me that?s what I told her, even though I repeated to her 3 times prior what my burger was and2 times to the other employee. She then said the chicken burger cost more money so I?m getting a deal anyway. I was livid atthis point. I don?t care what costs more I wanted the burger I ordered. I don?t even like McDonald?s chicken burgers. When Ifinally got my food it was quickly tossed together and cold. It was disgusting. This restaurant was one of the worst runMcDonald?s I?ve been to. Very unorganized, poor communication and the management was rude and unapologetic. Considering how muchmoney it now costs to eat out I expect better food and service. I?ve worked fast food before and I know this place was horriblyrun. I don?t plan on eating here ever again! Read more
We always stop through at this location on our way down the QE2. The staff are always friendly and polite despite how busy the... location can be. However, even when it is quiet, the service is incredibly slow even if you are only ordering two black coffees.Nonetheless, we will always happily stop here and get our coffees. Read more
That my first time stop, very busy for usually takeout orders, there is drive thru there as well on top dine in option also... available, it seems pretty clean several more business around it. Read more
We missed it. We arrived at 10:15pm and it was closed to dine-in patrons. Drive-thru was open, but sadly, all we saw through the... lit windows was the promise of the good things that we couldn't enjoy. Walked in the walked out. For some reason they had 10+ orders waiting to be filled so I didn't bother waiting as it looked like... many people were waiting already. The great thing about the big screen indicating who is being served is that it tells you thequeue of orders waiting to be served too. Saw a huge backlog and lots of people standing around so I didn't bother. Went to theShell station instead. Read more
