Only place where it?s an everyday time occasion that I choose to go to a fast food place for fast service and end up sitting in... their parking lot or on the road waiting for my food for 15 minutes. Suggestion: if the company cannot stand by their motto,then change it or give notice to people that your staff is unexperienced or under qualified to stand by it. Read more
Person who took my order should be trained better. Too long waiting for only coffee and muffin. In the end got my coffee made... wrong. Did not get receipt, probably in purpose- to not be able to get refund. Disappointed Read more
If I could give less stars then that, I would. I came by at 9:45 tonight just to get some dinner. Saw there was a line up in the... drive thru, but still decided to wait anyways. When I got to the window, they must have been having a shift change because thelady that handed me my food just walked through the door to start. She proceeded to look in my bag of food, and then handed itto me with no receipt. She did not look at any receipt or order to make sure the bag had everything in it. I drove off thinkingeverything was in it. Sure was wrong cause I was missing the 10 piece nuggets that I know I ordered. Was not pleased, I cameback and the doors are locked. So I proceeded to go back in the drive thru. This was at 10:00 at night, it took half n hour toget back to the window just to get my chicken nuggets I already paid for. Isn't fast food supposed to be, idk FAST? Really don'trecommend this McDonald's, it's a joke of a restaurant and have already had bad experiences in the past. I wont be coming backdue to the service being absolutely trash. Read more
Food is always lukewarm at best. So irritating to get french fries that are barely edible. The children's play area is always... dirty. I?d make a bet that the play centre is absolutely never sanitized. The entire surface is very greasy! Read more
I ordered food, my pancakes were all hard on the outside of the pancake. Two of my drinks were different then how we ordered... them. And half of my fries were hard as a rock. But they did do a great job packaging it???? Read more
Paid at first window then got to second they tried to make us pay for a coffee and the girl was confused about what we ordered,... while that was happening another girl was bring our food to a non existing car and brought it back in when I got my food Iopened my cheese burger and there was a public or beard hair right as I opened it. Imagine if McDonald's could actually hire employees with more than 3 braincells. Worst food ever, this store can definitely stay... on the bottom of the list, permanently. They take forever to have any order ready, and when it finally comes through its a soggyincorrect disaster. Honestly learn to train the staff better or fire them.
