Not impressed with the service and the food honestly. Seemed like it was everyone?s first day or something. They gave us the... wrong order first off and it took forever to get our actual order. Once we got our food the wedges were over cooked and hard asa rock. Overall first experience was not great at all. Read more

The only thing good about this place was the price. At any other chicken joint I'd have paid $24 instead of the $16 I paid here.... The chicken pieces were the smallest I've ever had, the gravy on the poutine was bland and tasteless and the macaroni was saladinstead of hot Mac n cheese. The lack of taste on the chicken leads me to believe they didn't even spice it at all. Just a poorexperience all together. :-( And then they just put a cut n paste answer as a rebuttal. Awful, i ordered through skip the dishes and they got 4 things of my order wrong. I said no pickle, there was pickle, I askrd... for Dr pepper and got 7up, I asked for spicy mayo and got regular, and the best part is I had ordered 2 strawberry cheese cakedessert things and they were not there. The best part is when i callrd the establishmebt they informed me that they have beenout of the cakes for days. So why are they still available to order and pay for.. could have called and said they are out andoffer something instead or have an out of order posted on skip. Instead im offered to come down and get some chicken. Thats notwhy i ordered delivery and paid the extra cost so i could drive down there. Read more

Edit#2: I thought the employees need customer service coaching but I didn't realize the owners also needed it. Called to ask... about when they put my name in a book, they couldn't find my name and asked for details on my last order. Spoke with both theowners, the owner Cam offered 25% discount. I asked if that's all they could offer, his words "that's it". I used to make ordersof $50 on a regular basis but never again. I hope they're happy with losing $150+/month in orders over a messily 25% discount.I'll never go here out of principle. Edit #1: 3 stars to 1. Went here again today, ordered the 13 piece feist Split(half nhalf) with Large taters, Med fries. What I got was mostly mild chicken (4spicy and rest mild) Large Fries and another Mediumfries. This is the 3rd time this has happened where I've asked for Split, I've either gotten all mild or mostly mild. I calledto let them know, the lady tells me "for split, we always put 4 spicy and rest mild". That doesn't even make sense. I'm gettingexcuses, granted she did apologize but she constantly talks over you and sounds rude tbh. This happens too much here. I orderfrom here a lot and they don't seems to care too much about consistency and quality. I also paid $50, which is not cheap. Ithink they just need better training. **Original Review** The food is good, chicken pieces are small though. Customer servicecould really be better. Last time I went, the lady out front was telling everyone there will be a wait for the pieces while wewere the first ones in line. Bought a 10 pcs chicken and requested all dark. everything was fine until my wife noticed and ask me why is there a white meat.... checked my reciept and sure enough they charge me $2.50 for them to make it all dark. called and emailed the company at firstthe crew said theres nothing he can do. so i told him i wont accept that told him i requested for it and was charged for it Ishould atleast get what I ask or refund my money. he said he will talk to his manager. told him my number coz he said themanager is not in today...(a store operating without a manager... hmmm..) told him my number a few timesand he said he will getback at me tommorow. before I ended the call I ask him to repeat my number i gave him. (Cant repeat it coz he never write itanyway). 2 week after never got any reply. emailed the company and explain the whole thing again. its been a month now andnothing was done. 1. Bad customer service 2. wasted chicken (no one ate it felt bad) 3. i was charged for nothing. (i know itsnot much. but hey i could have donated it somewhere else) 4. the crew ia a big LiAR. Update: Food is always good, but another incorrect order. Tonight ordered a Big Mary and got 2 chicken strips on a bun, no... pickle (this is not the first time, but this time had a french fry stuck in there, too!). Last week ordered an original BigMary. Specified original, not spicy and got the spiciest sandwich ever! It's good, fresh food, so I'll keep it at 5 stars, butI'd really like my orders to be correct. Read more

I bought 6pc chicken spicy.. but they gave me a box of taters. I am so hungry and so excited to eat the chicken and then i was... surprised that my chicken is only taters. I am so disappointed! When I bring it back the food, they give me a cold chicken, lostmy appetite! Probably not coming back again in this store! Read more
