I've had a lot of Chinese food in my day, but this is the very best I've ever had. Food is hot, fresh, huge portions and great... price. I had chicken fried rice, BBQ chicken with broth in the container - yum, mixed vegetables with broth in container, sweetand sour pork, egg roll. Everything is made to order. Tonight, I feel like sharing an experience. May long weekend, we ordered food from Mandarin BBQ in Red Deer. The delivery driver... was 45 minutes late, which caused us to only eat half the food, as the food was cold, and we were on a schedule. Upon talking tothe owner, they agreed to 50% off of our next order, which we ordered for today. The problem is they did not honor theircommitment to that discount. I love that they are open late for take out. So many places in RD close early. I’m thankful to finally have late night Chinese... food! The pan fried dumplings are to die for. They have a bbq pork fried rice dish (something like that) and I quite like it. :) Read more
ordered. spicy dishes what a disappointment. Ginger chicken was just chicken pieces with very little sauce. Shanghai noodles... were so pale there was no curry heat. Salt and pepper shrimp were so overly breaded. will never order again. ???? I PLACED MYORDER AT 5 58 ON JULY 8TH. IT COST ME 51.25. First time to grab lunch at red deer. Food was tasteless. Ordered chicken noodle soup. It was tasteless. Broth was cold and... noodles was uncooked. Ginger beef was tasteless. Wrote this down not to make them look bad but to improve their menu! Thats all Read more
Good food, good service - had supper with my wife and son. He ordered teriyaki chicken, which was a large portion and he loved... it. She had the beef hot pot and it was delicious. I ordered the chicken noodle dish and requested for szechuan sauce which theydid. Waiter was friendly and very accomodating. Read more
