Bought a ten piece chicken meal and the food was atrocious! Some chicken pieces were not cook fully, it was pink in color. The... gravy was something else to be desire. No flavor just blah. I ordered a bucket chicken by drive thru. I ask if I can have the extra crispy chicken and the person that I was talking to the... speaker said they don?t have the crispy chicken. So I asked again for the 2nd and 3rd time if they don?t sell crispy chickenanymore or are they out of stock. Then she was on a silent for 10 seconds and looks like she don?t know what to answer and thenshe said ?I am going to ask and double check?. And then just right after the girl said that to me there?s another person in theback ground yelled and said ?you have to wait for 35-40 minutes!? With the sounds that the other person in the kitchen wasannoyed or something that she doesn?t want to thaw and cook that kind of chicken to the customer. What a terrible customerservice!!!! So for that lady who will do extra work for the customer?. I decided that I will wait for half hour for her to cookthat extra crispy chicken. We were told 25 minutes for our order. We waited almost an hour. Young woman at the counter brought our order just as we were... about to ask for our money back and leave. She came back with 2 cookies as a token of the error which was not her fault but itwas the kitchen staffs mistake. Due to this my friend and I will not return to this location. Read more
Absolutely disgusted! I asked if it was freshly cooked they said yes! Ordered 1 4 piece meal and 2 chicken bowls. Chicken bowls... 3 lumps of extremely dried out mashed potatoes with approximately 1tbsp of gravy...in both bowls! Maybe a tsp of corn! Disgusting. I was hesitant ordering as KFC isn?t the same quality as it use to be, but I gave it a chance and instantly... regretted my decision. First off you can only get deals and coupons through the app which wouldn't work and when you call astore to inquire they can?t or won?t offer you there sale prices unless it goes through the app..which again wasn?t working.. so after 45 minutes of messy with online ordering we opted to pay the extra to order through skip so we could atleast place ourorder. We received very under cooked chicken tenders and pop corn chicken, fries tasted very old, tinest portions of Mac salad..did the containers get smaller over the last year or am I just remembering that wrong.. only semi decent part to our meal wasthe chicken sandwich which was fully cooked and crispy. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken, but no drumstick came with it. Also these chickens were tiny pieces.
I pulled in the drive throw at 1:55 today. I ordered a bucket of 14pieces and one of the lunch for 2 for 15.99. I was told my... wait would be 8 minutes and that if I went to the parking lot they would bring it out to me. By 2:15 I still didn't have my foodso I went inside to find out what was going on. I was told they were putting it together now and will bring it out right away. Ithen went back to my caravans ended up waiting another 15 minutes and this time went in very made and told them that I wanted myfood or my $50.00 back. Once again being told they were putting the last bit in the bag. Well they brought me the food and to mysurprise the sandwiches were barely warm, the popcorn chicken was not cooked and the 14 pieces of chicken were barely warm andwas dropping oil. It was the worse service I ever had in my life and will not go to KFC again unless someone contacts me andexplains why I had such bad service and bad food. Ordered 2 4 piece meals last night. For $33 I?m sorry but I expected a freakin meal. A 6yr old could eat more fries then what I... got, plus they were cold, and our 4 pieces were so small, I got 2 wings in my pk, my salad was 2 spoonfuls. If prices are goingto be outrageous, you should get a decent freakin meal. I?ll never order again from these guys. Extremely disappointed! Read more
