Who work the pm shift until 10:00pm on Sunday. If an owner can see this review. There was a girl she told us to if we can wait... 25min and we said yes. After 25min she came lying that the chicken machine broke and they refined the money. She gave 20 chickenwings instead of 10. First she gave the wrong order , and then she gave the order with wrong receipt. And then the rude personwas said that they forgot to tell the employees about the order . KFC north of Red Deer have poor service. On 3 occasions I have been shopping at the drive thru and whenever it came home I have... the great surprise that they never put the complete add-ons. I pay for 5 add-ons and I always have 3. I find it incredible thatthey never give what I pay for. Read more

Chicken was ok. The skin separates from the chicken so there are chunks of plain chicken. But the saddest moment for us was when... the bag our chicken was packed in ripped and dumped out 1 of our 3 buckets of 18pcs. The employees saw what happened and checkedwith her supervisor who informed us that unfortunately because the bag ripped after they handed it to us they could do nothing.Understandable, I guess, but it was disappointing. Gave it 2 stars cause service was excellent. the food however wasn't. Ordered a medium fries, a zinger sandwich, gravy, and a... grilled cheesy burrito. Burrito wasn't grilled. the chicken in the zinger was overcooked and too crunchy. But the worst was theunflavored greasy runny gravy, at the least they could have stirred it to incorporate the grease into it, and maybe add moreseasonings and tried to thicken it. I took out about ten spoonfuls of grease out, and gave up. We spooned out a bunch of thegravy and dipped paper towel into it to absorb as much grease as we could so we could use some gravy for our fries. But ended upusing ketchup for most of them. You can see the gravy is floating in the grease in the pic. Yea, we wont be back. Read more
Almost every time I have come here I see one of the supervisors abusing this young girl!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrific to see... and hear this woman SCREAM when I am trying to enjoy my meal or go through the drive through. I have children in my car and Ifeel embarrassed taking them here.
