The Drive-Thru service is painfully slow. Work on it please. And clean the drive thru area as well with salt or a shovel.

We went to DQ on Dunlop, and the manager Alex was very rude and has horrible customer service. they food was not good, and we... weren?t asked for sauce, so when we realized we went back up and asked for Mayo for our chicken strips, and they wanted tocharge us $.55 for mayo, when my mother in law told them she doesn?t like other sauce and had never been charged for mayo, shewas mad and said fine, I will return my food and so he gave her, her money back and took her food back over the counter (which Idon?t think is allowed anyways) the rest of the food we had was gross as well. I stopped by Dairy Queen on Dunlop street tonight. I picked up a honey bbq chicken strip basket and a buster bar. Everything... tasted awesome! The fries and chicken were both hot and fresh. Best of all, the DQ app offers great coupon codes, so the busterbar was only $2! And there were no cars in the drive thru, so service was speedy! Thanks for a great meal :) Read more
When you look at their burger combos on their menu board written in bold are the prices. I ordered the number three which was... 8.49. The till rings up over $13.49(?) I told him I didn't want an extra fries and drink I just want one combo. He said that isthe price of the combo. So when you look at the menu in small writing is the price of the combo.???? 5 dollars extra for friesand a drink.???? I bypassed going to 5 Guys as they are a bit pricey....but apperantly DQ has joined the club but do not givethe option of selecting a ton of extras on your burger. So next time I'll just go to 5 Guys as they give a ton of fries, abigger than average size burger, options to dress up your burger. More bang for the buck and not a misleading menu. Read more
