I normally am not one to write bad reviews but I feel this needs to be stated. I have come to this location quite a few times... now after work to get Icecream after a tough shift at work. I can get there anywhere between 5-10 min before close indrive-through and have been rejected, staff will look at me through the window and walk away ignoring me. Read more

There's something wrong with this place. Genuinely. You almost have to try hard to fail this badly. Food is always wrong, always... takes too long, and for the price, you might as well eat at a real restaurant. There is no way to run a business this poorlyunless you truly don't care anymore. I ordered food from skip the dishes and they missed an item. Not a big deal, I drove down to pick it up. They had left it in the... freezer so the Driver wasn?t able to grab it from the counter or so I assume. On my way home I noticed they gave me the wrongitem. I then drove back for the second time, the leader was quick to point on the paper receipt multiple times that the itemthey gave me on my first visit was what I received. I then had to come in for a third time as I opened the app and it showedthat I did in fact order what I came in for the first time. When I showed the same leader from earlier she walked away withoutsaying a word, getting another employee to get the item for me. I understand mistakes happen, but when they were so quick toblame me for making an incorrect order, then realizing they had imported it wrong and not being able to do something as simpleas offering an apology the first, let alone second or third time I came in left me not wanting to come back. I went to get a chicken wrap and fries on my lunch break. When I walked up to the front, the girl didn?t greet me or smile. I... placed my order and I watch my chicken wrap go in to the tray where the food waits. I waited for 10 mins. I then asked the girlthat helped me where my food was and she told me it will be right away. She then started talking to all the other young girlsstanding around laughing. They then packed up my wrap that had been sitting there for 10 mins still laughing because they can?tpay attention. My wrap is now cold and not worth my time or money. Read more
Great food here at DQ! Always fresh! Good value on the 2 for $5 menu. The hot fudge sundae is amazing :) It's deliciously simple... and my favorite treat on the menu. I also love their chicken bacon bbq snack wrap. You can mix and match various items on the 2for $5 menu. Any combination of a cheeseburger, fries, small sundae, misty slush or chicken wrap. Normally I wouldn?t write a review, but this experience was just not it. I ordered my meal with a pepsi, s&s sauce and crispy... onion rings. My drink ended up being a root beer, no s&s but got ranch instead. To top it all off the order taker was one of theworst I ever came across. Read more
