We arrived at the Gaetz Ave. Crossing location at 9:20 ish, and walked up to the doors and they were locked, and almost all the... lights were off. We were the only vehicle in the parking lot, and when I called I got no response. It says this location closesat 10 pm when you look them up. the drinks are very great and nice selection but a couple of the staff that have helped me have been super rude. one messed up... my order then yelled at me for it. she was also rude when taking my order which wasnt a great interaction. Read more
Update: Talked to owner: apologized said he would look into it to be sure all the products are safe and replaced my smoothie.... Going back today to get that. Thanks for replacing it. I love Booster Juice but this visit I found a chunk of really hardplastic in my drink. I spent $8 on a drink that I am scared to drink now and biting the piece didnt feel the best. Hopefully thestore will give me a drink in replacement. Read more
I got a wrap here two weaks ago and it made me sick it tasted funny. And now I go in to give them a second chance I was in... lobby only person in store and they couldn't figure out there till so all they did was look at me. This is running into theground. Read more
Took a minute or so for someone to take my order but the smoothie was made very quickly. It was very thick and he had difficulty... getting it all into my cup, so it wasn?t quite filled to the top but not too much was missing. There were some pieces of fruitthat had not been completely processed in the blender. I was surprised that he didn?t put a freshly peeled banana in thesmoothly. Good place, they shoulder have more staff though. Oftentimes I?ll go in and there?s only 1, maybe 2 people working, which can... make service slow during rush hours. I don?t blame the staff at all though, they work extremely hard. Otherwise, pretty goodsmoothies and food. Read more
