I made an online order that said it would be done by 4:48, but I was nearby so I parked outside 15 minutes early. Once 4:48... rolled around I went inside to pick up my order and they said it wasn?t started yet because it was busy. There was no one insidewhen I pulled up. Lied to my face. So I sat in the restaurant waiting for my order that was placed 15-20 minutes prior while 5different walk in customers ordered food and literally got it before me. Unprofessional. EDIT: obviously it?s understandablethat they could have been busy doing other tasks related to the job, but the whole point of online ordering is so that I don?thave to wait once I arrive for the pick up time. They?ve just opened for indoor service at the Southpointe Common location. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The quality of... food was excellent. They really skimp on the fillings. Struggling to find the chicken in my jerk chicken burrito. It's mostly just beans and rice.... Had to pass on the lettuce as it was all brown. Clearview location is way better! Read more
