We are regulars here, and usually have good service! However, my husband just went through the drive through. We recieved two... beyond meat burgers, which had meat on them instead of beyond meat. It's very obvious as we use beyond meat often in our home.Thank God my son sister eat any as he would be so sick right now. Not impressed, and was a waist of money. Read more
This is without a doubt the best bacon and eggers in the A&W chain. We special order and they always get right and prepared... perfectly. Not sure what they do but should be the company standard. Read more
The lady at the till is always so very nice, but unfortunately whoever is the manager or in the kitchen is absolutely rude. I... had asked for them to put gloves on, and i get it's a hassle, I hate asking, anyways. She comes out and starts telling me whyshe doesn't have gloves,and how it's a health and safety thing (if you changed the gloves every single time, it wouldn't be) butthe attitude she gave me was absolutely disgusting. I told her that I understand but she does not need to come at me like that.After, I watched her in the back using some sort of phone while remaking food and making other peoples food. That's the realhealth and safety problem in my eyes. On top of all that, they had originally messed up my order and then it took about 10+ minsfor it to be made. By the time the interaction ended I just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I doubt this location will begetting any money from me in the future as long as the green and pink haired lady is working there. She always seems to have aproblem. It's really off putting. Read more

Stopped here to get breakfast while going to Edmonton and the food was the best I?ve had at any A&W. We were really pleasantly... surprised. Everything tasted fresh and the eggs weren?t the weird texture like at some other restaurants. Will stop by again ifwe ever need a quick breakfast in Red Deer. Read more
Picked up a fun Friday meal for my family at the drive through. The food was terrible, burgers were cold and mushy. The onion... rings were quite possibly the worst we have had from any resturant. The batter was not stuck to the rings it was crumbled allover and the batter was completely covered by the salty seasoning making them unedable. One of my children is not feeling wellwith an upset stomach from the meal. Our family was completely disgusted with our meal. Dinner for the four of us was over $50.I don't expect much from fast food, but you took my money and gave me total garbage. Have some pride in your buisness, I will bespending my money somewhere else. *edit* I just read previous reviews about old food being served and posible food poisioning.Not surprising to read after what my family was served tonight.
