I am quickly losing respect for fast food dine-in. The tables nor benches are ever clean, and the staff is rarely friendly. We... were still missing some fries on our tray and it still took 15 minutes. The place had maybe 2 other tables. So it's not like itwas packed and busy. The girl took order and wasn't listening when I took order nor asking choice of drink. I don't drink pop. She gave me attitude.... Her supervisor was fine. Some of us prefer non sweet items. Came for breakfast at 10:25am on Sunday. About 6 tables were full. Waited about 5 min for someone to take our order. Ordered 2... Classic breakfasts, 1 fried hard 1 over easy. Waited about 15 minutes for our food during which time multiple skip orders weresent out and a gentleman who ordered after us was also served the same meal before we got ours. Nothing negative to this specific A&W, but in general to ALL A&W's.... When we order take out or delivery, STOP STACKING THE... BURGERS ON THEIR SIDES.. Cheese melts genius, by the time we get the food home or delivered to our home, the burgers are stuckin a puddle of melted cheese. Went to this a&w to get coffee ?? took my container which holds approximately 2 cups. Which I've had filled there before and was... charged 2 dallars. This time I got attitude she said we can't give it away. I said it's only coffee. So she charged me 3.85 andtold me to get out and leave and she wouldn't put the cream or sugar in it. Not sure wth is going on with the cook on nights (not Dee). How hard is it to make a proper poutine???? The last 3 times I've... ordered it, there's been little to no gravy over the cold curds, bacon that I ordered on it isn't crispy but floppy and not muchgravy overall. Tonight I ordered and when I opened the box, I see a clump of curds, yet again with no gravy, piled in thecorner. Ordered a breakfast plate awhile ago, and the eggs were more like hard-boiled then over easy, floppy, greasy bacon,hardly any butter on the toast. Get yourself someone who knows how to cook properly.
