Pizza is absolutely amazing ???? Staff is extremely friendly. The homeless with the pitbull out front is a bit off putting.
I ordered pizzas for all of our employees during a training for approximately 24 people. I placed the order on the app and was a... bit worried if the order would be delivered correctly. Michael, from the Red Bluff Round Table Pizza called me to confirm theorder. He double checked our exact location, asked how many people I was feeding and when he delivered the pizzas he had plentyof plates, napkins, cheese, pepper flakes and even hooked us up with some ranch dressings. If you're interested in reliable, truthful delivery of your pizza. Spend your money elsewhere. These people take unreasonable... amounts of times... Lie to the customer regarding when the "Pizza is going in" and just generally miserable customer service.We've continued to frequent this place trying to give them third, fourth and fifth shots but finally you know what... The onestar review is coming out. To further clarify, we actually restaurant rehab pizza shops in the Bay area for years.. The amountof time, versus the amount of customer clientele on site, versus the amount of to-go orders and deliveries being ran do notmatch up with the stories being told by anyone at this restaurant. It comes down to sheer apathy, lack of care for thecustomer, lack of care for their own selves... And a general disconnect between the staff and the customer. Absolute miserableexample of humanity... And I don't think $22 an hour is going to help this shipwreck of a restaurant. Not to mention theoverall hygiene of the staff and the temperature of the restaurant itself absolutely unsanitary. Pizza is hot and their salad bar is always stocked!! But the employees are pretty grungy and really don't seem like they... care. We sat in the dining area around dinner time. It was maybe half full when we went in, then a quarter full when we left.They didn't clear and clean 1 single table while we were there... Also since when does a medium pizza and salad cost over $40?It's pretty pricy for what it is. Read more
John took my order yesterday and he had great customer service! I have been working in customer service for a very long time and... I know when I see a great sales rep! He was fast attentive and got my order spot on, I love round table and I will be comingback to the one in red bluff everytime!!! They told me it would be a 40 minute wait (that's ok) but it took an hour and ten minutes. At 40 minutes, they hadn't even... started the pizza. When the pizza was finally done, it was the wrong one. When I asked for a refund, the cashier said OK andlooked at my receipt for the third time. A young lady then came by and found my pizza in a wrong box. She was very helpful, youneed more people like her. It wasn't very busy and there was staff all over the place, so I don't know why this happened. Read more
I tried the dinner buffet and the salad. The place was full of people but nevertheless the flow of freshly baked pizza kept... coming to make everybody happy. The pizza was good and loaded with items. Great place to take the kids out to dinner.
