I gotta say I love Raley's. It's on the pricey side for my budget, but they're also the only place in the county that carries... LOTS of specialty items that I enjoy. Excellent selection of freshly baked breads. Staff always super helpful & management hasbeen fast to replace defective foodstuffs with receipt (even though that's only happened twice in 13 years). Also, VERY worthit to pay attention to their sales fliers. They often sneak in a deal that's GOLD at any store! No changes to report. Theyoccasionally hire some real losers in the deli, but they're quick to fire them once they prove misanthropic. Read more

Ive always loved Raleys, no matter the location, their standards have always been above the rest. However the Red Bluff location... has disappointed more and more in the last year. The sushi used to be AMAZING (used to get it 3-5 days a week!) The last 3 timesive gotten the sushi ive sworn I woouldnt get it again and this time im done for good. Its not cut all the way thru which makesit VERY difficult and messy to eat, they put nothing but crab meat inside it these days. We stopped going to the deli quite sometime ago as the seem to be understaffed and it takes the employees way too long to help the back log of customers plus theemployees in the deli area are super rude more often than not! Such a shame because Raleys does offer quality products, i lovedtheir deli sandwiches! I would rather drive to Anderson to go to Safeway these days, despite the gas prices! Read more
I visited the Raleys in Red Bluff this evening and was having trouble with the check reader accepting my check. I didnt have my... bank card with me and my childs card wouldnt run thro. A chrcker named Jonathan and a Bagger named Edwin were helping me. I hadsuch a horrible day and really just wanted to buy my items without leaving them behind. They both waited while I triedeverything I could on my end while they tried everything on their end to resolve the issue. Both of them were so patient with meand kind. They didnt make me feel bad about myself or uncomfortable about the situation. I really appreciate that. They did callthe store manager over who was little to no help. Im sure he has no idea im a local millionare ???? however I really really doappreciate Jonathan and I really really appreciate Edwin. If I could have purchased my flowers I would have given them to theseboys. Thank you guys! Its nice to know there are still good people in this world ?? Read more
Love the store! I?ve never had an issue overall except for everytime I go in I?m always getting some kind of rude look & some... kind of animosity from the girl at the register. Maybe train employees on customer service. ?? Read more
Staff here is wonderful! Good selection of harder to find ingredients. The only issue is physically getting into the building... without being surrounded by scum bags, smoking foil , trash piles and general grossness. It's not the stores fault, they tryvery hard to stop this. They have security inside and out. But it's overwhelming. Read more
