Ordered online and paid for it online also. My husband picked up the order and the gentleman that helped him was extremely rude.... When he got home I discovered that the cookie dough that I ordered was missing. I called the establishment and spoke with themanager and she said she had been at the counter all day and did not hear any of her employees speak rudely. I asked her tocredit my payment for the cookie dough. Then I said I guess since you did not hear your employee speak rudely it must have nothappened then. She said "Oh wow now who's rude?" Rude to my wife like month ago. All she wanted was to not stand there at the register. How can you expect everyone to know what... register to go to? Get a f????cking ?closed register? sign. Almost every store has one. That would easily indicate what registerto wait at. And plastic wrap should still be put over the pizza. Grocery bags are not FDA approved to be touching food.
