Avoid this place if at all possible! Incompetent staff as to not knowing their products, bar had run out of various items ,... overheard others talking about most items running low, ordered the ribeye that came to the table a gray color with no charing,was supposed to be medium rare but was that same gray color as the outside all the way through. Others at our table said to sendit back as I couldn't eat it. It's size appeared smaller than my wife's sirloin. This place seems to prey on passing travelers &that's unfortunate as their practice is detrimental to the spirit of Applebee's. Read more
The waiter was nice. But ended there. They were really slow so we figured it would be somewhat quick. Ordered quickly, took... about 40 min to get food. The store didn't advertise the all you can eat boneless wings, which is fine, but said they couldstill ring them up in their POS. I ordered them anyway, they were very overcook and the meat was, Almost like they have a bunchsitting in a holding unit way to long, chicken on inside wasn't even warm. My son ordered a classic cheeseburger which isdifficult to mess up but he didn't like it which he's not picky when it comes to burgers, he said that it just didn't tasteright. Daughter ordered kids cheese pizza, was burnt, she barely ate a slice. Spouse ordered steak and potatoes, steak was verydifficult to eat, she couldn't eat the potatoes bc they also didn't taste right. She said they tasted like spoiled yogurt. Iasked the server to place another order of wings bc I couldn't eat the ones that I had. So he brought me the check, which I paidin full plus tip. He said he put in another order of wings but I waiting another 25 min and they never came so I just left. Thiswas a very disappointing stop. Read more
Waitress was nice and friendly, but our food was the worst I've ever had in my life. For a $25 ribeye meal, the mashed potatoes... are out of a box, and the ribeye looked like a uncooked porkchop. Wait time was just under a hour after ordering. Read more
Terrible service. Ordered Parmasan steak and shrimp. Get my shrimp in a to go bag at end of meal. Ordered steak medium well. Got... raw. I got my appitizer after I asked for it from the greeter. After 20 minutes.There is more but I will spare you. Read more
It's Applebee's. It's not really hard to mess up. 2 things to me gave it 3 stars. 1 is not necessarily their fault but it is at... the same time. 1 hour wait with the restaurant half full. They just don't have the staff. The second thing is how portion sizecan be so different for the same meal. My piece of chicken was half the size as the other 2 people who ordered the same thing. So we went before we weny camping so we showed up with a party of 6 a little after 8 and it says online they close at 9. They... still brought us in, sat us down and told us they would be right with us. The waiter came back about 3 minutes later and askedwhat we would like to drink and we all ordered. It took almost 20 minutes for him to bring back our drinks and meanwhile anotherwaiter came over and asked if we had been helped yet. Told him yes and then he said he would go fond out about our drinks. Weall ordered soft drinks and nothing extravagant. He finally came back and took our food order. The food took a little while butwas actually very good and probably one of the better Applebee's experience with food. The service was the worst part. If theydo not want to take orders and serve past a certain point then they need to say something! I hope their day service is betterthan their night service. Read more
