Great food and service! This is a late night option for us when those rare occasions come along. Always great service from the... gentleman that works the drive thru window! They are super busy at night since there aren't many late night options in the areaso, I would recommend preparing to be in line for longer than normal amounts of time. Still a good review. Read more
MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS The drive thru lines at this taco bell have been absurdly long for over a year. It's one of two fast food... restaurants on Dayton Blvd that's opened until midnight and there's ONLY TWO EMPLOYEE CARS IN THE LOT. Even assuming half thestaff doesn't drive, this is ludicrously understaffed for the ONLY drive thru option on Dayton Blvd. I frankly find myselffeeling bad for the poor people working the window. I guarantee it's not this way because they like having lines twenty carsdeep. The only way I can imagine fixing this is calling out management EVERY TIME. And not just the management of this store,who is likely powerless to change corporate time restrictions, but management of the Taco Bell business as a whole. Whateverregional manager exists gets paid way too much to apparently not be doing their job. I encourage, I even beg for those of us whowork late shifts, send these messages up the chain until your bosses' bosses' boss feels the squeeze. Give us an email on areceipt. Tell us where we can actually send our concerns so people aren't just dumping on a staff that is likely powerless tochange any of this. Read more
I ordered the Mexican pizza combo. I wanted chicken instead of beef.,cheese and onion only. I iterally had 2 pieces of chicken... on each triangle.They left the beans and added pizza sauce instead of onion. My 2 tacos (that was suppose to be Locos) was sofull of sour cream and lettuce,you couldn't eat it. Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. If I go back I will definitelycheck my order before pulling off. A total waste of 14 bucks. Read more
They are under staffed and beyond stressed but where absolutely KILLING it ! Keeping customers happy and MOVING the line was... around the building and it took less than 20 mins. The workers really care for cleanliness and organizational skills. The sauces were well placed and one of the young ladies there... was very helpful. The manager was amazing and told him how good his employees were. Awesome job to this Taco Bell!! Read more
Y?all literally all of my food was perfectly assembled, even wrapped up all neat, and the lady at the window was super polite... and pleasant. It?s a trip how much better this Taco Bell is than a lot of ?em around town. Food ingredient flavor ratio was onpoint. Read more
The ladies working the window on June 8th at 930 pm were extremely nice. To be at a such high volume place and to still welcome... and ask about one?s day is impressive. Also best fast food I have ever had. I eat Taco Bell all the time and I have never hadfood be as full as they are in the commercials. Awesome experience. Read more
I'd offer a one night deal to anyone willing to run this place on a Friday night where you're the only place open. Three... working, cars lined down Dayton Blvd. I ordered and should have picked up at 1210am. I got there at 1210 and just left with myhour and a half old order at 143am. I'd want to take a hit before putting my employees though that, and bleeding at least twentycustomers. Fifteen minutes per car. You would have been better off closed. One employee slowly left about twenty minutes after Iarrived, and came back with zero concern to show any hustle forty minutes later. Can't even blame workforce issues, you wouldhave made more revenue offering 30.00 an hour rather than try to throttle one car every fifteen minutes. I wish I hadn'tprepaid, or literally any other vendor was open but I missed them by five minutes. Would have saved the night and almost twohours, not to mention 16 bucks in cold food. Awful. Non operational and no hourly employee or even manager is at fault. Nohustle at worst, but it's time to get real about pay to have your store operational, rather than making thirty families atleast, wish they had gone hungry. When the staff is over on hours in the morning scrubbing tables, just know that on a corporatelevel, you ran a joke tonight. Everyone, employees and customers deserve some consideration. You deserve every loss you took onwhat should have been a night where you made half of the weeks revenue. This was area management up.
