Food is well prepared, and they are friendly. I'm 0/5 making a mobile order and them finding it. And that has to be location... specific. They can't describe the issue either, if I was rushing or needed contactless, I would drive further out. With time tokill though, no location in the area puts out better prepped menu items. Read more
Usually service isn't bad but seems like I'm always missing items I paid for. I just got back home and do not have everything I... paid for and they won't answer the phone. It's not worth the gas and trouble to get my money back or the food but I keep gettingripped off and money is tight so a little treat is nice sometimes but then money spent and items missing and the food I get iscold. I RARELY go to McDonald's but sometimes you just have that craving, you know? I was fully prepared for a bad experience but was... pleasantly surprised. I used the drive through and there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. The employees were fantastic,kept the line moving and got my order correct. My food was fresh and hot. Great job! Read more
Fast food is exactly what I got here this day. By the time I placed my order, paid and then picked it up it took a little over 3... minutes. There were 3-4 cars in front of me as well. The food was hot and really good!! Read more
Stopped to use the bathroom and get some ice water. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. I used the order kiosk for the first... time, it was super easy. One of the employees was super rude to an elderly couple who walked up to the counter. She treated themlike they were stupid and said, "You don't know how to use the kiosk?" Restaurant opens at 5 a.m. and I usually stop by around 5:15 on my way to work. On countless occasions I've been told that it... would be another 15-30 minutes until they have food. I stopped going for a while but I tried again on a Saturday. I pulled up tothe speaker and after about 3 minutes of sitting there, I never got an answer from anyone. This was 10 minutes after they were"open". The service is great here, when they can actually serve you, but it is way too unreliable and I don't think I'll returnto this location. Read more
I take back what I said positively about this place a few months ago. Service times have tanked the last few visits. Just... don't see a sense of urgency from the employees that they do have working here. Hard to wait over 10 minutes for fries anddrinks, and it's an order placed on their app. Read more
