You should literally close this location just like you did the one on Hixson Pike because this is just sad! Waited in line 34... mins with only 1 car ahead of me to be told when I paid nd got handed my card back that I?m getting white meat which I don?teat??????????? Had 4 workers in there yet the older lady in drive thru seemed to be the only one working. The other girls waswalking around chewing food place looked disgusting thru the window!! Decided to get lunch because there was no line compared to all the other restaurants around. Weellllllll i see why there was no... line now????. I sat in line for 20 minutes before having my order taken and there was ONE car in front of me. I ordered achicken sandwich meal with a tea and fries. When i got to the first window the person taking orders and payment was on theirphone and didn't even speak. They took my card and handed it back with no receipt, if i had a receipt i would have calledmanagement but i guess Google will have to do. Then at the 2nd window to get my food, i asked for BBQ sauce & Ketchup. Shelooked at me like she was disgusted that i asked for something. She proceeded to say "it's $0.55" i reached for some change andwhen i turned back around she shoved my bag towards me and said "you know what, have a nice day" i sat there for a momentlooking at her like what did i do or say wrong for such an attitude. Then i slowly pulled off. Well when i got to work 10minutes away, my fries were burnt and hard as a rock, my chicken sandwich was hard and dark brown like it had been sitting anddry and to top it off the tea was spoiled.....i gaged when i tried to drink it????????. So sadly i threw everything away becausei couldn't leave to take it back and get it replaced. Tip of the day: if you don't like working in the food industry or customerservice based job.....QUIT and go somewhere else. Besides the dude clearly smoking a blunt near the back door, the LONG wait time, them messing up my order, and my drink lid... being a solid piece of plastic with no straw hole..then ig it's okay food. Today makes my last time going here I?m tired of them giving me what they want me to have and not what I order?.yesterday... morning I ordered a #7 MEAL when I got home I only had a biscuit but I paid for the meal no borounds or fries were in my bag..Igo this morning and or a 3PIECE CHICKEN SUPREME plus a #7 only biscuit and 1 blueberry biscuit !! I was wondering why it came tobe $16 but when I get home I realized they charged me for a 5 piece and gave me a 5 piece?then at the window I asked for anextra honey mustard she charged me 0.35 but when I got home I noticed only 1 sauce was in the bag which means I paid for the 1sauce that should have been given?I?ve called 5 times to the restaurant to make a complaint and the phone just rings no oneanswers?I officially hate this place and the employees are unnecessary rude and have no customer service training?Please dobetter for the other people who will be coming to this establishment because I will not!!!!!! TERRIBLE LOCATION! I placed a curbside order and sat waiting for the order for 15 minutes while they continued only working the... drive thru. After going in to let them know I was outside waiting for my food they took another 30 minutes to get my food readyand given to me. No sense of urgency and when I got my food finally, something was missing. I ordered a sandwich with no picklesand I witnessed the person making my sandwich open the box up where my chicken sandwich was and take the pickles off and put thesame bun back that the pickles had been sitting on for over 30 minutes so of course when I ate my sandwich I still tasted thepickles. After eating this I got really sick to my stomach and literally threw up everything I ate from there. This was my firsttime eating at this location and it has made me decide to never eat at this fast food chain again. Read more
