Was just in here yesterday. Got a Medium Acai Adventure. The Smoothie was good. However the service was horrible. Two young... teenage girls texting behind the counter. And when it came time to pay. I paid using a $100.00 bill, Silly me for not countingmy change. I later got to the monmouth mall and went to pay for a pay of shoes. Finally realizing I had $70.00 cash in mypocket. I just paid $30.00 for a smoothie. When Calling I began to explain my issue to the young girl. I overheard her ask theother girl if she gave me the wrong change? Her exact words were. Oh yea I have his money right here.. My question is. How doyou give someone the wrong change and know about it? Isnt it done by mistake? And done without knowing? she didnt even questionit. Just gave me my 20 back. I was so upset since I had to drive in rush hour another hour out of the way, prob spending over 20in gas.. to get my change back. Very rude... didnt even comp my smoothie..
