CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOCKED AND THEY WONT GIVE US A REFUND OVER THE PHONE! First impressions are important, told them it was my... first time there and they were nice enough to let me taste test the sauce so I'll give them that much. But when we got home, wefound out that the chicken sandwich and fries chicken we got was UNDERCOOCKED... I called them and they said they could notprocess a refund over the phone. Was in the mood for fried chicken. In neighborhood and ordered to go a 3 piece dark meat chicken dinner. Boy was I surprised to... see 2 drumsticks with the thigh... Some places sneak a wing in there. And call it a 3 piece. So that was appreciated. Everythingwas fresh and hot. Loved the bees (biscuits) they taste like zeppoles! Y?all are so stingy with the sauces, fr. Why does everything get 1 sauce? 2 sauces minimum should be standard. I don?t get all... the stress around the sauce policy. Adjust the budget and allocate additional funds towards sauce. I would pay more for the foodknowing I won?t be given insufficient sauce. Anyway, chicken tenders are bangin?. The fried mushrooms are also rull good. Thisis one of the only true late night food joints in the Red Bank area and I appreciate them for that. Would increase to 4 starsif the sauce policy changes. They know how to fry chicken . Piping hot and golden brown a variety of chicken is offered. Grilled or Fried . Wings , Tenders... and a ton of side dishes. Fries served 5 different ways. Love that this place is open late night and they have a lot of options. The mashed potato bowl is sooo good. I feel like their... traditional buffalo sauce isn't traditional at all though. It is a bit sweeter than normal and definitely a different color. Thefries are good and the portions are massive. Read more
