Unfortunate experience 7/30 at 8pm at the Red bank location. Store is open till 10pm and is taking no orders inside. When asked... when they started this for the day, the manager could not give me any answer, just that another manager stopped taking ordersearlier. Terribly small portions and wrong orders from this location. I?ve ordered from multiple apps (DoorDash, Uber eats, etc.) and I... have never received a correct order either. If I ask for pollo asado, I?ll probably get chicken, if I ask for chicken, I may getsteak. Don?t be worried about the portion of rice! It?s the only thing you get plenty of. Read more

EXPECT extremely small portions!!! Beware you will overpay for 4 oz of protein!! The Saturday/Sunday afternoon individual who... is responsible for serving protein is an abomination. He serves less then a spoon of any desired protein, so you have to orderextra, then, when you order extra, he gives half a spoonful, you pay for extra just to get the normal serving size.
