Get some new leadership. It will fix all your problems. I literally witnessed a employees first day when ordering and it was so... unorganized. Like didn't even have uniforms for the young lady/gentlemen training on front counter... The food quality at this location is ok. The major issues is service. I've been to this location multiple times including this... morning. In the passed I've experienced long wait times with no one in line at drive through. This is the second time I wasfirst in line, waited 20 min for 2 breakfast baconators, had to go in the store to ask about my order bc they asked me to pullforward and wait and they'd bring out food. They gave my order, which would have been incorrect, to someone else and had toremake my food. A few times I've been curious as to whether or not the evening staff is high, squinted eyes, and very slurredspeech as though they were smoking marijuana. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And continue to wonder why fast foodworkers make $15 per hr. Go to Penn Ave location in West Reading. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. I?m currently sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes for only 4 cars ahead of me. It?s... completely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I could have sat down somewhere decent and had my food faster. Then got up tothe window to pay and sat another 5 minutes while the kid ignored me because he was playing on his phone. Highly annoyed. Haven't even gotten to my burger yet but my fries were old and cold, and the sauces I ordered with it weren't even in the bag.... Haven't gotten to the burger yet, but I don't have high hopes. $18 for my food, hard-earned money of mine thrown down the drain.And then people want to know why fast food workers can't get more money, because they pretty much don't deserve it, and maybenot all, but the majority rules. As someone who works in the food industry delivering food to restaurants and gives EVERYONE???? no matter the circumstances, stuff like this infuriates me. The service was good, but the wait was bad. Still here waiting about 10-15 minutes I lobby for our food. The workers our under... staff the soda Machine needs fix and ice. The manager on duty dose not help crew & their is still people waiting in line fororders ridiculous. I?m not happy customer. Read more
Avoid this Wendy's. I rarely ever get any fast food outside of Chic-fil-a but decided to try this Wendy's because Chic-fil-a... was really busy. I can say without any hesitation I will never return to this Wendy's - the cleanliness, the workers, theoverall attention to seemingly anything is bottom of the barrel. We went through the drive-thru but after waiting for 20minutes and getting the wrong order we had to go inside. I would never have even attempted to eat food prepared by thisfacility if I would have seen the inside conditions/staff first. After entering and seeing the state of things, I had the orderrefunded rather than eat here. Lesson learned. Read more
The intercom interaction was good and precise. Order was exact and complete (minus the straws). Unfortunately the meal was not... good. The fries were terrible, dry and stale. The burger had a long hair in it. We went back around to exchange the burgers andthat was fine, we just left the fries go. Read more
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. came here to grab food after my son was released from the hospital. We were in drive-thru, my mom asked for... 4 pc nuggets and fries first, well she put a single cheeseburger on that we didn?t order. Tried telling her that and she saidhang on. Took forever to get back to us then after the rest of our order my mom politely asked her to remove the cheeseburgerand she put another one on. My mom had to take a phone call so I decided to finish talking. I tried explaining that there aretwo cheeseburgers on that we didn?t order. I hear the girl in the background say ?then why did you order it?? Which was uncalledfor and very unprofessional. I couldn?t keep my cool after that so I did have some choice words to say. Of course then I wastold to leave the parking lot which I had already planned on doing. So to the rude worker I think you need to get your hearingchecked. In a place of business like that you don?t talk to your customers or make comments like that at least until after theycan?t hear you!! We left without any food and this mama was not happy !! Read more
