Honestly the workers were friendly but the wait times are some of the worst. I waited over an hour and a 45 minutes for my order... which was a DoorDash order but still that sort of wait should be unacceptable. I kept getting pizzas one by one. They basicallykept forgetting pizzas would make one then I get only one and have to wait for the others. Ps I remade this 43 times. Read more
When I went to pick up pizza for my church the 2 morning managers was such a blessing.They help me bring pizza out to the... car,They was on top of the order,I picked up the pizzas on time,and the doe was very fresh,behalf of the church and myself wethank you the 2 wonderful amazing morning managers at little ceasers on Kutztown rd.I love the the 2 morning managers atKutztown Rd,Little Ceasers the place is very clean,the 2 managers there put lots of love into the pizzas and I noticed they areon top of orders,Truth I had ordered some pizza for my church and the doe was fresh,the pizza was very fresh and we picked it upwith love,they even helped us carry the pizza out, we couldn't be more thankful for them,Our church loved the pizza ???? ..Ithank God for the 2 amazing managers there,who really work hard and no complaint,Good amazing characters.I couldn't ask for morethan a blessed day,I speak for the church and ourselves who picked up the pizza thank you to the 2 managers that was there andhelping us on top of everything.We thank you on behalf of the people in the church,Our church and our ownselves..well done.weappreciate you both very much.Hard working managers who put love into the place on Kutztown Rd. The most ghetto Little Caesars I've seen in my life. Employees constantly cursing and gossiping in front of customers. Owner... needs to hire professional workers. Not all the employees are ghetto. There are 2 who are polite and respectful. GM should knowwho I'm talking about. Read more
A nice quick spot to grab pizza. The prices are great and you get your food pretty quickly. The pizzas are good and they have a... variation of toppings. The store did seem a bit cold due to the weather. And some of the building could use some reparations,but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless! Read more
Such a disappointment, I ordered a deep deep dish pizza and when I got it, it was burned so badly I couldn't make out what was... the crust and what was the cheese and sauce. I called the customer service and they gave me a refund ticket to get my moneyback. but when I tried calling the store, they hung up on me three times in a row. Three strikes and they are out. My wife wasjust there and she told me it was filthy there that you could see the dust on the windowsills and in the corners so thick thatit would turn your stomach. I wished I was with her cause she told me that they gave her such and attitude that she just left inthe middle of placing her order. I called them and just as I figured, they denied everything, Do not go here, you will looseyour money from burnt or under done food, to rude and ignorant and disrespectful staff and management.
