This has consistently been the worst Dunkin we've been to. Always out of products and the customer service is awful. Overcharged... us multiple times by adding random drinks to our order. Will have to go out of my way to go to another location. ???? Read more

I ordered a box of 50 munchkins this morning for a school trip of 20 students. I had each child take two donuts and didn't even... get to the 16th child when i ran out of donuts. Soo.. there were only 32 donuts in my box of 50 donuts. I have been trying tocall them all day and no one answers and their mailbox is full. I am going to drive in tomorrow am and speak with them and letthem know in hopes they will give me a box of 20 that i can share with my students that didn't get any. Ill update stars if theyfix their mistake. *I updated the stars to reflect that they did fix their error the next day by giving me the 18 donut holes Iwas missing. I just wish I had them yesterday. AVOID THIS DUNKIN. It is convenient however, They have an attitude. I ordered a sandwich, it tastes like chemicals, there's only... one slice of bacon(i asked for maple sugar bacon sandwich , it is regular bacon) and my drink could be better. They need bettertraining. If they did not have maple bacon, I was not informed. These ladies are rude, sorry. Drive to another location, it'llbe worth it. I pass this Dunkin everyday and now I remember why I stay away from this location. Maybe they we?re having a badday (it wasn?t busy, had people standing around) but I won?t be back. I walked in and wasn't greeted till after 3 mins. the cashier was in the bathroom but as soon as she saw me she looked at the... back i guess looking for her co-worker. she didnt seem happy to be there. as i waited for my food and then ate my food two morepeople walked in at different times. they waited after 2/3 mins to place their order. i know this is a new place but it shouldbe run by people who have experienced. i did like the usb outlets.
