This dunkin' seems to out of almost everything all the time. Last time there was no food stuff to order and someone was at the... drive through window, not in a car, for 15 minutes. They just kept stepping to the side after awhile and allowing a single carto pick up their order. They are frequently out of most of the dough nuts I've tried to order (Boston cream, glazed, chocolateglazed, cruller, jelly, cream filled to name the ones I've asked for). Today they were out of medium iced cups but did have theIrish cream coffee, that was made fine. The service is pretty aggressive with short answers. You get the feeling no one wants towork there. I can imagine they get complaints and that probably isn't fun to handle on a regular basis. I would generally avoidthis dunkin' and drive a little farther to the next one. The entrance/ exit is also not made for the average car not to bottomout unless going really slow. The coffee tasted good and the prices are normal. Nuff said. Read more
Worst DD ever! I just made a $20 order at 5:20pm got there at 5:30 pm and they told me that they were closing and couldn?t make... my order. Mind you their closing time was 6pm. They always have an attitude, if you don?t like your job go and find somethingelse. Read more
What a horrible experience!!! The manager girl was extremely rude! She slams down the coffees on the drive through counter and... says; "I can't take it anymore." And then shoves the coffees and bag of food at me, and says; come on take it already... This isa very poor reflection on the owner of the Dunkin Donuts francise! Went through drive thru and asked for a medium frozen Carmel coffee and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. My coffee was so sour with... no Carmel sweetener and my bagel was burnt and the egg inside was mushy. When I went back and told them my coffee was not sweetthey said I had to pay for sweetener. I told them that a frozen Carmel coffee comes sweet. They then made another coffee and itdidn?t have any coffee taste at all ? All Carmel ? Gross . I paid $8.00 for what ? Nastiness Read more
I wish I could give 0 stars. Just moved to the area and have been here once a week for 4 weeks. First week the bagel minis were... handed to me still frozen and the drinks tasted and looked like they were 80% milk. Second week I order two hazelnut lattes andthe woman taking the order groaned and said ?really?? And then I hear her complaining that too many people are ordering lattesand the machine needs time to ?cool off? so she tells me I need to order something else. Third week, same problem. Which I findextremely hard to believe. I used to live in NYC and the volume of customers was 100% far exceeding the amount of people showingup to this D&D, they never had the let their espresso machines ?cool off?. I also worked in an Italian restaurant and know howquickly espressos can be cranked out. Today was my 4th time going. Again, I just want an iced Hazelnut latte and again, I amtold ?we only have large sizes today. Do you still want to order.? Again, mind blown. I say yes and she suggests a Machiattoinstead of a latte. I didn?t ask your opinion. I told you my order and you?re still not doing your job. This place is filledwith excuses and lazy people. I used the dunkin app and I normally don?t have a problem but I decided to try the Mt. Penn location. First they didn?t have the... order ready after placing it 15 minutes prior, they gave me the wrong donuts, the large coffee wasn?t filled, they didn?t giveus straws for our other drinks & they forgot to make the rest of our food & made us wait an additional 15 minutes for them togive us the wrong kind of sandwiches. It was so unorganized and the workers acted like they could care less. Never again? Read more
Look I get it, we all have bad days. But come on, I go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin now. Consistently rude employees not... putting cream cheese on bagels.... But they do nail my coffee, it's sad. Read more
Had thee best hot chocolate made by the most professional and upstanding barista. She was amazing. I?m definitely going to be a... regular at this spot. The food I had that was made by the other employees was great too. Read more
