Went through drive-thru. Usually prefer Burger King over other fast food places. Not today. Only got cheeseburgers, and they... were the worst. Couldn't see the burger in the bread and it was so dry could barely swallow it. Most of it was fed to birds inparking lot. This has never been an issue in the past. This store in Wyomissing Pennsylvania is in the perfect location but unfortunately poorly managed. I hope that the owner of this... franchise reads this review and takes action. Respectfully, this store is a misrepresentation of Burger King. The service isextremely slow and the store always looks dirty. The employees are loud and use dirty street language to communicate with eachother. Yesterday my wife and I went to dinner; We ordered 2 Whopper meals and sat down to wait to be called. Apart from us therewas another couple having dinner. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes passed and our order had not been dispatched. At that time, amale and female employees could be heard arguing with a fairly loud voice. I went up to the counter and asked a clerk if anyonewas working on our order and handed her the receipt. I told her we have more than 15 minutes waiting. She apologized anddispatched our order which by the way was cold. Wyomissing is one of the best areas in Berks County and every time I visit thisstore it is a perfect mess in every way. The President of Burger King should show up at this store as an undercover customerand experience for himself what I just described. This store is a diamond in the rough in need of urgent care. We ordered two of the breakfast croissant s and they literally came out cold. The cheese wasn't melted and was cold. The bacon... was dry this overall was a horrible way to start the day. The weird thing is we had to wait for cold sandwiches. Read more
This is restaurant is located across from a big parking area of a strip mall lot, but stands on its own. It is next to a Taco... Bell, and across the road from an L.A. Fitness in terms of "I've driven here but am unfamiliar with the immediate surroundingarea"; the fitness place has a huge sign and is very visible from the road. The food is regular Burger King food, rather fresh.I've never gone inside, we've always used the drive through. There is some nice shady parking under the trees, but those spacesare usually used up first. I don't know if they have the "Park and they bring the food out" parking spaces or even the service,as we've only used the drive-through. Read more
Food was nice and hot. Customer service was good. As far as the presentation of the food, as you can see from the picture I... asked for a toasted Whopper Melt and this is what I got. Wyomissing ,pa. Trash cans were overflowing. Waited about 20 minutes for food. One customer asked what was taking so long for... the food when three of them were standing around doing nothing. One of the workers told her to go F$$k herself. This is theBurger King in front of Walmart. Read more
It's a Burger King that offers Good Burger King food and the employees are very kind and very quick. Ok major update! I went in... around 830 and still fully staffed and not to busy. Almost every single table was dirty! And the floor needed swept and mopped.And the soda/condiments area was disgusting! Read more
Above average burger king. Fries hot, fresh, properly salted. Burger was made well and was fresh. Good experience. Staff... could be friendlier, but they were polite. Quick service. This BK is marked as a revisit when im in that area. Read more
