Ordered breakfast this morning online. When I got there had to wait over 20 minutes for my pick up order. Then got home ate one... of my "gluten free" pancakes. Was sick within 15 minutes. Called and they acted like nothing was wrong. Been sick the rest ofthe day. Read more
Every now and then we try this place to see if service has improved but over the years it's only gotten worse. On top of slow... cold food, flat soda and dirty restrooms when the server looks at you when you order an English muffin and she has no idea whatthat is you really do have to second guess your dinning choices on a Saturday afternoon. What can I say? It was a rare meal I didn't have to cook myself? I've had worse but that's all I have to say positive... here. Service was slow and very inattentive. I had to get up and grab a ketchup bottle from a table that had just left. Nevergot drink refills. We were three quarters through breakfast by the time our server even came back to the table to check onus. Thirteen dollars for some so-so pancakes is enough to have me stay home and cook pancakes instead. Probably not going backhere. Very disappointing IHOP try harder. Read more
Management is very poor and the food cold. Had new cooks and the manager was no to them he was worried about the floor and there... wasn't very many people in there where he couldn't have been in the kitchen to help get the food out while it was hot. I had towait our own table Read more
Seemed like they wanted to be closed, the chairs were on the tables and my husband's chicken strips were burnt not once but... twice. By the time he received the 2nd set of chicken strip his sides had sat on the table and were ice cold, they didn't bringany hot sides or even take notice. I ordered a side of mac and cheese and my husband's came with his meal. They brought me abowl of what looked like Krafts store bought mac and cheese but my husbands looked like it was homemade.. I asked to pay extrafor it but they wouldn't sell it to me because it only came with the meal. Server was nice, we just didn't have the energy tospend on it and decided to show you with a review. Walked in. Restaurant almost empty. Probably 4 tables of people. We were told at the counter there was a 30 minute hold on the... door. They were unable to seat us. I understand busy and covid, etc. But, when there is 7 people standing around talking infront of us and the seated patrons are getting aggravated that not one of them are helping them... we left after witnessing thisfor 15 minutes.. Our server was so bad you could barely hear her talking, it was like she was mumble talking. We order orange juice and they were... out of so we apple juice instead. We ask for a refill she did not bother getting us one. Plus we order crepes which we nevergot! I am not going back to this location again. The only good thing was older lady host, she had very good customer service! Read more
