As others have mentioned, this is run by a group of people who are truly miserable. 90% of the time my order is wrong--ordered a... sandwich, got 2 donuts, ordered a avacado toast with bacon, didn't receive bacon. They have to be doing it on purpose ????. Meat the drive thru window while waiting on my order: I saw that sign for that new drink called X, what's in that? They shoved all of the doughnuts in the same bag so they were all smashed together and looked pretty gross. Two stars because... our drink orders were right even though they all had been spilled partially down the sides. Pretty terrible experience overallsince the people taking and giving out orders were also pretty unfriendly. Definitely going elsewhere in the future. Read more
DO NOT recommend getting filled donuts from Dunkin'! When you order a filled donut, it should have more than an iota of filling... (see attached pics). All five filled donuts I bought were like this. Ridiculous. Read more
Went through the drive thru and they were out of all the donuts that we originally wanted. They kept asking through the speaker... and when we were up at the window for changes to the donuts. They did this so much that they didn?t even give us the donuts thatwe ordered originally that was in stock, the order was 1/3 correct. I ordered a white mocha hot chocolate & the drink wasunreasonably hot. My friend touched my cup and lid and was concerned about the temperature being too hot. I don?t recommend thisstore, I highly recommend going to another Dunkin? location instead. Read more
The frozen drink was not that great and it had melted by the time I recieved. They were very busy which would have been ok if... they had waited to make my drink and not just let it sit there for 10+ mins. I paid for extra bacon and got none. I am highlydisappointed about this because it messed my sandwich up so I didn't enjoy it. Honestly I'd give them another try but only as alast resort. The donuts were ok... but I'd rather buy them from a local small business. With that being said, this is myexperience from the Raytown store, I can't speak for the other locations in KC. Read more
