As others have mentioned, this is run by a group of people who are truly miserable. 90% of the time my order is wrong--ordered a... sandwich, got 2 donuts, ordered a avacado toast with bacon, didn't receive bacon. The frozen drink was not that great and it had melted by the time I recieved. They were very busy which would have been ok if... they had waited to make my drink and not just let it sit there for 10+ mins. I paid for extra bacon and got none. I am highlydisappointed about this because it messed my sandwich up so I didn't enjoy it. Honestly I'd give them another try but only as alast resort. The donuts were ok... but I'd rather buy them from a local small business. With that being said, this is myexperience from the Raytown store, I can't speak for the other locations in KC. Read more
