The tables were sticky! Nothing was stocked! The floors were slippery! The staff was rude! Rolling their eyes! Hateful also!... Staff went outside and came back in did not wash their hands! They bagged my food when I said it was a dine in! Being a formeremployee at this location! It discussed me how uncaring and rude the staff was! The food was cold! Fries and rings looked likethey had been sitting for a while! But we didn't say anything because of the rudeness we had received! We ate our meal and 45minutes later it was like we had taken exlax! My family and I will not be returning to this location! If Marie is still mangerI feel for her because her staff this past Sunday was just rude and the store was just nasty! Read more

The drive thru attendant said ?give me a minute?. Then 5 minutes later, still waiting. Drive to window and he was very rude... and said ? I told you to wait now go back around ?. Absolutely terrible customer service. Read more

I bought the family bundle that comes with three whoopers, three cheese burgers, and three small fries. I added two orders of... onion rings because I was feeding five people. We ate the three cheese burgers and fries and two of the whoopers and the twoonion rings. I go to split the third whooper between us and the sandwich was bitten into. I just threw it away. I knew there wasno need to report to corporate because a few years back, I ate at the burger king near 107th Blue Ridge Blvd. The top bun on mywhooper just happened to slide off because there was sooo much mayo, and there was a dead spider in the mayo. They did nothing.I will never eat at that one again and now I check my food thoroughly before eating it. It took me awhile to eat at any burgerking again period. I keep saying this is a sign. Edit: it?s now 5/19 at 1:36am. The speaker is playing the closed sound. Guessing hours need updated for this store. Can?t say... if it?s good or bad but the hours must be wrong. Rolled through at 1:50am and the drive through was saying they?re closed. Mustnot close at 2am. Think the hours need adjusted. Read more

Took 30 minutes for 4 cars in the drive thru. If I didn?t get stuck in the line I would have been long gone. The speaker kept... crackling annoyingly while you just sat there waiting for someone to take your order. I just hope the food tastes better thanthis ?fast? food experience. It?s pretty bad when you?re sitting in line so long you finally come to the realization you?re notdoing anything else might as well share your experience. Read more
