Really like the sandwiches; however it seems like as with everything else meat products pricing on the rise, etc. The sandwiches... seem to be getting smaller, but as stated the Arby sandwiches are far better than Lions choice, and the service at thisparticular location is better than the one on Noland road. Unfortunately seem to often be understaffed. On a recent visit had to go through drive through as lobby was closed. Apparently... only had one cashier and one cook. The cashier was working like a beast though, doing the best she could, should have given hera tip. Heard her tell people multiple times to stop yelling through the speaker, no excuse for that from customers. Severalcars did drive off. This type of issue is an Arby's or management's fault. Don't take it out the people that are actually thereworking. For a place that doesn't normally do fish, their fish tenders were really good too. Read more

The young girl that took my order was very good, smiled, so often you don't get that. The fries were luke warm not fresh.... Sandwich disappointing, not as much meat as they used to have. Due to cancer I don't eat out much, used to be my favorite place.Well try again, and ask for hot fries see if that works. Read more

Be careful ordering from DoorDash, just ordered a classic roast beef and it's an hour past opening and they sent the most... disgusting sandwich I ever seen in my life, looks like old meat with mold. I posted the pic in the photos, never again. Update:The cookie was a stale as well so I guess they try to sell old food from the day before, which is sad cause I am sure when theytake their lunch break or if they are preparing food for someone they may know the food is nice and fresh, which is what theyshould be doing for every customer every time and I'm telling everybody cause I am disgusted Read more

I got home & discovered an item was missing from my order. And it was the highest priced sandwich... I called & had to drive all... the way back to get it. The food was good but I was very disappointed to have to return.?? Update: I got a response from Arby'sto this post, asking for more feedback. I attempted to use their "Restaurant Experience Feedback" form FOUR Times! It is NOTuser friendly. I couldn't successfully complete it & submit it, so I gave up... ???????? Read more

So unless you want aujus for your french DIP and swiss you have to ask for it otherwise it won't or bronco berry sauce for your... poppers also I like to add onions but not a whole red onion. And when you call they do not answer the phone! Read more
