I haven't been to IHOP in years. Always seen the parking lot empty and hearing they went out of business so never gave it a... second thought. I was Invited to a breakfast and was confused. Upon arriving to an empty parking lot and tinted windows itlooked dark inside. We had to go to the door to make sure it was unlocked and was pleasantly surprised they were open forbusiness. Staff was very friendly, food was delicious and prices were fair. Now I know they're still open I will be bringing myown family. Read more
Came in after dropping our car off to get serviced so figured we?d get a bite to eat while we waited. I expected to wait, but we... stood at the counter for 15 minutes and weren?t asked to put our name down to wait or anything. Two of the hostesses sat infront of us talking to one another instead of treating our party of 2. There were two other larger parties in front of us thathad already written their names on the waiting list. Not sure what kind of service this place is going for, as I usually enjoyIHOP, but this location does not pay any attention to the customer. Read more
My wait person was amazing. Very responsive and attentive. I got a meal for there and a meal to go. My breakfast was hot not too... salty and too big for me to finish so I had two boxes to take home. Read more
Have you ever thought that your dining experience would be enhanced by a constant odor of bathrooms? That even eggs deserve to... be drenched in grease? Perhaps that breakfast, like revenge, is best served cold? That life is dirty and so should be yourdining experience? If so, this is the place for you. Enjoy runny, greasy eggs, cold pancakes, and omelettes that look as ifthey were designed to stop the heart of anything living. All at sky high prices that CAN be beat. Server was polite. Place smelled a little weird when we went in, still decided to sit and eat. Coffee came out cold, it took for... ever to get our food and it was cold when it came out, bacon was hard and chewy, eggs were cold, hash was cold, one order oftoast had butter the other order of toast did notand came out 10 minutes after all the food was at the table. The place was notbusy when I went in it was a Saturday at around 12pm. I can understand if it was busy but it was not and the employees seemedto be on break. Read more
Sat us down and forgot about us. We eventually flagged down a waitress who tried her best but the staffing was very short. The... meals, although fine took way too long to arrive. The waitress was very apologetic and the manager came by to say he wascomping the meals. We left a nice tip for the waitress because nothing was her fault. I like their menu but it will be a whilebefore we try them again. Read more
One of the weirdest restaurant experiences I had!!! Here are some highlights: - Loooonng waiting to get seated although there... were several tables unoccupied but still with left over from previous people. - We were told to seat on a very dirtytable/boots, that we had to ask to get it cleaned and wait even more. - 1h to get a simple black coffee. - The waitress broughtthe milk shakes with her finger inside of one of the cups (the metal one used to prepare the milk shake), and all the cups withlots milk shake on the exterior of the cups, which left the table and her hands all ?nasty? with milk shake, then she simplycleaned it on her own t shirt in front of us. - Part of my son?s pancakes were out of the plate and the waitress simply draggedon the table. - Most of the waiters had their aprons very dirty. - Food took nearly 1:30h to come to the table. - And to closeat the same style, even the check paper was covered in some sort of liquid. I know I could just leave the place right at thebeginning, which if it wasn?t the fact my kids were starving and we were trying to give the place a chance, I?d definitely leavebefore eating at least. We were seated promptly there is where good experience ends. Waitress was horrible. Finally took our order. No silverware on... the table. Came way after the food. Drinks came 20 minutes later. Food took 50 Minutes. Two orders of French toast and baconwere stone cold. One set of eggs were fried were supposed to be scrambled. Other over easy were well done. Sausage weresupposed to be well done. Finally got waitress attention. She told some items back. Brought out sausage that had been deepfried. Finally got French toast never got bacon. Asked for the scrambled eggs. She walked out with them almost to the table.Turned around and walked away with them. Can back five minutes later and they were cold. She said maybe I should get a managerya think. She came back and said manager was to busy We spent $40.00 on breakfast for three people. Nothing was editable. Shenever came back to ask if everything was alright or to apologies. She threw the check on the table and walked off. This was theworst restaurant experience any of have ever had. Read more
