Have only been here once. Very low price which is the best plus. Was during lunch. Definitely not my favorite Chinese buffet by... a long shot but it wasn't the worst I've had. Anything made with the crab Rangoon papers was tough and kinda stale :( even whenthey were super fresh. Alot of the dishes needed replacing and we're dry and old. No salad bar and no sushi and no hibachibecause it was lunch time. Price was cheap and we got full. Service to our table was quick and refills were made often. Read more
I suffered through one dinner here and I will never go back. I am shocked this place has a 3.8 star rating. I could not find... anything that I thought tasted good - not even the Jello. Much of the food on the buffet looked like it had been there too long. Read more
I give this place one star only because I have to so I can save the review. The food was dry, cold, and nasty. It looked as it... had been setting out for hours. My grandson had a piece of garlic bread that you could have knocked someone out with. Read more
My son and I were craving some Chinese food and sushi. Instead of hitting up our normal place we decided to try China Star. We... had the buffet on a Sat afternoon and there were a lot of choices but most you could see had been out for a while. I didn't trythe sushi as it looked very old and I didn't want to risk it. But what I got was good and what my son got he said was good aswell. If we go back we will either go when they first open or if they're busier so we know the food will be hot and fresh!! Read more
About half the dishes were dirty. The food was ok. We had to walk out after my daughter found a maggot in her beef broccoli.... They tried to give 10% off. Both of us lost our appetite and my daughter said she wanted to cry. Don?t waste your money here. Icalled the health department it was so bad. Read more

My family and I have takeout from here usually once every week or so. Our favorites are the fried dumplings and the lo mein... noodles. Very good and just down the road from us. Our go to spot for Chinese take out. Thank you China Star! Read more
