This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I go often enough that I?ve had the pleasure of getting to know some of the baristas.... Every time I come in, everyone is always so nice and friendly. During Red Ribbon week here in Rapid City, my daughter and I had visited another location in town. We were told they were out of... the cake pops the children get the coupon for. The employee seemed slightly off putting, and told us to come back the next day.My daughter was absolutely heart broken as she was leaving town, and would not be able to. We decided to head to this locationin hopes they had some. To our disappointment they were also out. Low and behold, Abby, the sweet young lady running the drivethru sincerely apologized and offered a substitute of a different treat. She was very bubbly and gave another heartfelt apologyat the window. She really made my daughters evening with her kindness and excellent customer service. I went in yesterday morning and they weren't really acknowledging at all...so if you want someone to get your order, don't go in... just go through the drive thru. I was waiting at the register and NO ONE acknowledged me and asked if I was ready to order. Noeye contact or nothing. They acknowledged this white girl that walked in with me and she got her order, but then the girl whohelped her left to the back. It was awkward uncomfortable ???? Read more
