Super clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spotless. The baristas were super friendly!
Worst service ever! I ordered a Venti SF Vanilla Frappe (that I get there all the time) the guy at the register starts telling... me "we don't make that but I can make something completely different!!) I'm like "okay, whatever just make it SF with NO whip"he had to make it 3 TIMES before he could make it NO WHIP! And he made a Grande when I paid for a Venti! I also paid for aButter Croissant that I never got!!! I know the guy was new, but yikes!!! If he would stop trying to talk to everyone he mightbe able to pay attention to doing his job right.
