Messed up my drink I got via drive thru (I have a caffeine and dairy intolerance, they gave me a drink with both. This is a... health hazard.) and not a single apology for my time they wasted getting the drink wrong and me having to drive back, insteadjust chatting amongst themselves. No greetings or anything, just stared at me when I walked in like I interrupted them. When Isaid my drink was wrong they stared me down like I was a nuisance, as if they weren?t the ones in the wrong? What in the world?I?m baffled by how they treat customers here. :/ Read more

I'm not a local, so I can't say if my experience was normal or if they just had two really bad days and I happened to be there... for both. I was in the area for the weekend and had someplace to be early Sat. morning. This location was right down the streetfrom my hotel, so it seemed simple enough to hit up real quick... lol. I went inside because I hate drive-thrus and ended upwaiting a full 15 minutes for a single drink. It WAS busy, but I've been in similarly busy Sbux locations in the past (I liveright near one of them) and have NEVER had service that slow, especially not for one non-complicated drink. They were friendlyand my drink was fine, but I ended up late for where I was going because I didn't realize it would take as long as it did. Thenext morning I went again, but was in no big hurry because I was driving home and had no real timetable. Good thing - it wasjust as stupidly busy and slow as the day before. And again, they were friendly and the drink was fine, but the wait time wasjust atrocious. So, whenever I'm up this way again I may or may not go back here - depends on how much time I have to spend juststanding around. Read more

I enjoyed the coffee, was looking for a South Dakota Mug but they're discontinued due to low sales (shame on you corporate) but... my Barista told me they usually have some at Target. Her Customer Service was spot on. Read more

I was just at Starbucks inside target! And the 2 girls working were literally so nice, it is so refreshing to be treated so... politely and efficiently. I believe one of their names was Cassie, unfortunately didn?t get the others girls name! But they?reamazing! Drink was awesome as usual Read more

When you need a break from hotel coffee, Starbucks hits the spot. Rather small seating area. Plenty of natural light. Friendly... vibe. Stacks of boxes blocked the entrance to the restrooms. Plenty of flies trapped in the food display made me second guessingabout ordering food here. Read more

Worst experience. After sitting in the long drive through line they messed up our order. Not the end of the world so we went... inside to have it fixed. Waited in the long line inside. The cashier instantly said oh yeah so sorry I will have it remade.After remade they served it wrong again. Then when I stated it didn?t look like it normally did they just stared at me. Anotherbarista says ?I think that you didn?t add ?.?. They stared at me some more. As if I was wrong. I asked for a refund. Again itwouldn?t have been the end of the world. I would have taken my refund and just not returned to this location. EXCEPT?theyscreamed out at me and my 10 year old daughter in the most sarcastic way to ?have a great day?. The entire store then turns andlooks at us. I was never rude. I never made it a big deal. You belittled me for not accepting a product that I paid for thatwasn?t right. For the employees that are going to read this, in case your are wondering, we had an incredibly difficult morningas a family. I was trying to treat my daughter for the hard morning she had with her autistic brother. Sometimes it?s more aboutthe customer and the way you treat them than the product you serve. I won?t be returning to this location and did call to speakwith the company itself. It?s not always about the product. You could have treated us better. Read more
