THIS IS UPDATED After the experience yesterday. I've already contacted the company. I ordered a medium popcorn chicken and for... the life of me, never received a medium popcorn chicken. I got a small. Didn't receive my sauce, I asked for bbq and gotmarinara... Waited an additional 10 minutes, just for them to bring me another small popcorn. I don't live in rapid city, placesand errands to go, so I dealt with it but I DIDN'T ORDER A SMALL. Bringing me a small didn't rectify the fact that I ordered amedium and never received it. Never touched my hand. The price of my meal should've been enough to rectify the error insize. UPDATE: One week later. I contacted SONIC last week and I've only received a "comment back" HERE and they sent me asatisfactory survey for something that didn't happen. I never received any other type of human response. Double check your food! Received the wrong items, went in to get it replaced and they happily remade THE SAME THING! Didn't have... time to wait for them to try a third time so just gave up and left. Food was OK, just not what we ordered Read more

Just wanted to try the double bacon grill cheese. I only drink water. My husband got a route 44 diet Dr Pepper. I convinced him... to get some onion rings. He got the large one. Ordered thru app. A young man somewhere between 11 and 13 brought out the foodand drinks. He then tells us they are out of onion rings and says we have to order a different side. All the other sides arecheaper and we really didn?t want any of them. The only thing comparable in price was chili cheese tater tots. He forgot thestraws and did not return promptly so my husband got out to go get them. Building is locked. Do not send little kids to dealwith a problem. Will not be back. Read more
Order combo meals with route 44 peach slashes. The cashier didn't understand n kept interrupting while talking. Cashier asked to... verify screen it was correct with the route 44 peach tea drinks we had 2 of those n a medium. When food came out there was tosweet tea drinks n no peach. The guy took them back n a girl manager came out and said we had to pay to upgrade our drinks, wesaid no that was not what we ordered. She then proceeded to get a attitude with us over it and said we ordered them I said no wedidn't and your screen said it right she said well that's technology and it's not always right. I said yes it was we verified itand she continued with her attitude. I got one back with her because I didn't appreciate hers and said give me the money backand we'll go somewhere else. Again her attitude showed up and she gave us the receipt. A higher up person needs to retrain herand put that attitude in check. We will not be goin back there. Read more
Update, Used app and they got it right and fast!! Other time line went fast manger super nice! Much much better, thank... you. 3rd time there and each time the chicken sandwich made my stomach awful, like raw chicken.
