I love visiting new coffee shops and I have to say that Pure Bean coffee was the best coffee I've had in a long time, we took... the Cardigan latte which is a local special and a cortado and of course a regular cup of coffee with cream. It was pretty good. They had a lot of very unique options. The environment was very hipster friendly. I personally just wanted a... normal cup of coffee. The drip coffee I got was kinda fruity and not really my style, but good. If you're into hipster coffeeshops, you'll love this place. Read more
Third wave coffee as it?s supposed to be! Since moving to Rapid City I?ve been moving through the local coffee shops trying them... out. I have found several good ones that I will continue to visit, but I had not found any that I would classify as a properthird wave shop, until now that is. Pure Bean has an excellent style and vibe from the moment you walk in. The two baristasworking demonstrated both excellent customer service as well as practiced skill in both the art of pour over as well as pouringa proper latte with good art.
