They were out of rice and beans, the chicken tenders were tasteless and very light colored like tempura batter, The menu board... was broken and the TVs weren?t working. This was the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I?ve never seen such SLOW staff omg, like how do you even move that slow to prep... food? I?ve worked fast food and it was so irritating to see how ridiculously slow and careless they were. I saw a man getting areplacement sandwich because he found a hair in the first one. Maybe it?s because they all have their hair down while working?Half the kitchen staff was just standing in a circle chatting it up with loud music playing through the store, other half wasbarely doing anything to start with, and it took 15 minutes longer than my online order should?ve taken. Didn?t even give us themac and cheese or mashed potatoes sides after we left either. Only good employee was the nice girl cleaning the lobby, andwhoever was working window. Read more

The sandwich is always juicy, and crispy on the outside. It's my go to place for chicken sandwiches. Would of rated it 5 stars... if they asked what size we wanted, they gave me a small drink. Read more

The wait to order inside was at least 15 min. There were only two people in line in front of me. After ordering it took 20... minutes to get my order of 1 item. In returning to my car I did not have a napkin, fork or butter! Very disappointing!Thankfully, the food was good. Read more

Wish I would have checked reviews first. Had 20 min wait in line, didn't receive half of kids meals was billed for it and other... things requested.. lobby closed had to wait in line for 20 min again. Didn't have what was missing. Staff seemed high or stupid,not sure, could have been both. Do not eat here it is literally a waste of time. Read more

Gross. They had problems before under the old management. Got bought and reopened. So bad. I?ve been inside a few times,... only the kid stuck at the front does anything. Other employees standing around doing nothing. I think new owner is the guy ina shirt to small for him. Shmedium. All fried food cooked in same fryer. Everything has a fried shrimp taste to it. I was aprior food inspector for 20 years. Cole slaw tastes left out over night. Employees do not care. Lobby is barely ever openbecause other then whatever poor teenager they stuck up front, doesn?t want to work. It?s trash. Only Popeyes in town, but notworth it. Good luck with your FBI. STAFFED BY INCOMPETENT THIEVES ?- Tried to order online through Popeyes app. When I got there I was advised that they were... closed due to staffing. This was at 11:30 am on a Saturday. What kind of restaurant isn?t staffed at lunch on a weekend? Theysaid they might open in 20 minutes and I could wait until then. So with my 3 y/o child we waited in the parking lot for 25minutes and then went back to the drive through. They said they were still not able to open because they didn?t have anychicken. I?m not even making this up. What kind of Popeyes restaurant doesn?t have chicken before lunch on a Saturday? They thensaid they couldn?t do my order. IThen I asked them for my money back from the app because I?d already paid online. They saidthey didn?t know how to do that. The person calling herself the manager said she had no clue how to give me my money back but Icould check online and see if there was something. I quote ?I wish they had trained me more, that would be nice.? I asked whythey didn?t turn off the online ordering when they knew they would be closed, they said they wished they knew how to do that. Iasked if I should call the police since they stole my money. They then shut off the intercom and would not speak to me anymore.This was the worst experience I have had ordering online anywhere. Do not do it unless you are sure the restaurant is open andthey have chicken. If I could give zero stars I sure would. I wound up having to call my credit card provider and reporting itas fraud.
