Pizza was okay not anything spectacular, the employees had a hard time keeping the pizza bar stocked with pizza, and it was not... very busy. The chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The salad bar was very small, and the potato and mac salad were notvery good. The ice cream machine was down and the pizza pie cookies and desserts were all undercooked. A bit pricey for theservice and quality of food that were offered. Read more

We didn't try the Pizza Ranch right away because of some mixed reviews. This is now our every-weekend family spot! The fried... chicken and mashed potatoes are so good! The fresh pizza coming out of the kitchen yummy! The service from the girls at thefront so friendly. Merritt always helping clear our table as we eat for over an hour enjoying everything they serve. Even thedessert is delicious. Thank you Pizza Ranch! Read more

Below average in every way possible. Is it sustenance? Yes. Will it make you sick? No. Average cleanliness, average taste,... average service, BELOW AVERAGE selection.... And without question overpriced. $14.00 per person? Seriously? When you can goto Little Caesars and get a fresh, hot, "untouched by other diners" large pizza for eight bucks? Nope. Won't be back to PizzaRanch. Read more

It is buffet style pizza and some other offerings ... reasonable.price and attentive staff. The pizza isn't exceptional but it... is better than most other buffet fare. This chain is quite popular in the area and with good reason. Read more

Good value, the kids enjoyed it, and the food was as good or better than most buffets I've been to. Fried chicken was actually... pretty good. Appreciated that, when we were ordering, we were asked if we'd like any specific pizza on the buffet. Overall, itwas what I expected, so glad we went. Read more

I visited this location for lunch today. I arrived at 1:00 pm. The store was clean, even the restroom. Their cold bar was about... half stocked, satisfactory. The chicken hot bar was satisfactorily stocked. The pizza bar I always find lacking. They seem torely on a selection of pizzas I'm not particularly fond of. When entering the store, the couple ahead of me was asked if theywould like a particular pizza prepared for them, that simple question was never asked of me, not once during my visit..I believethat would be a common courtesy to extend to every customer. I am a repeat customer, not frequent, but occasionally I will havelunch here. I've visited several Black Hills locations over the years. You claim that the pizza I prefer is a "Local Favorite"but I rarely find on your pizza bar. Maybe if my preferences were addressed I would frequent your stores more often. That andadding Bleu cheese dressing to your cold bar (or making it's availability known to the customer ) instead of all the ranchdressing you could have at least place one dispenser of my preferred salad dressing out (don't rely on the individual servingpouches you used previously [ those are NASTY]) Besides this dressing is a favorite for hot wings (a recommended addition toyour menu, if not already there). Prices seem fair, especially with everything being crazy at present (except wages) Thanks forletting me vent Read more

Our first visit to any Pizza Ranch was a great success! Very good pizza, decent salad bar, ice cream machine was out of order,... but dessert pizzas were good. We will visit again. ???? Read more

First time visiting a Pizza Ranch. It's easy to imagine how ANY pizza buffet would be a magnet for children and families -- and... so it was, here! Notwithstanding these vibes and their accompanying messes, we found the food to be decent, fresh, and abundanton a Sunday afternoon. In addition to both pan and thin crust pizza, there was fried chicken, a few sides, a modest salad bar,and tasty desserts; beverages included. I enjoy pizza and my curiosity drew me here. However, looking beyond an overwhelmingdesire for an AYCE situation, there wasn't anything that would leave the average adult inclined to return sooner than later. Therestaurant offered nothing in the way of ambience or decor (why not play up the "ranch" theme?); seating was but bare-bonestables and chairs. The staff were friendly and promptly collected plates, but cleanliness of floors, tables, & surfaces leftsomething to be desired. Still...the very notion someone would name a restaurant "Pizza Ranch" brings with it a wholesomequality that had me reminiscing of simpler times. The statement of Christian faith on the wall did not appear to me political, but rather a testimony to how both faith & joy can be shared through the act of creating even a humble food like pizza. Lifeisn't always about sharing the "best" things: often the act of sharing is enough, in and of itself. I can appreciate that. Read more
