Worst experience ever. Will not be back. Food was cold, worst service ever. Katie was in the back screaming at the cook about... how she is working everyone?s job and so fourth. Screaming at our waitress for asking questions. Couldn?t enjoy a dinner withoutKatie screaming non stop. Finally got up and was going to say something she walked away so i asked our waitress to bring her outand she screamed at him and would refuse to talk with me. Felt so bad and the other two were working their butts off trying tohandle everything as she is yelling at them. She would not stop complaining about everything. We asked for a side of fries andshe yelled in the back ?I guess we need a side of fries? absolute rude tone. She was yelling about how her job is a ?Server? andthat?s it. Heard everything. Read more
I just wanted to say that Heather was our Hostess and did an amazing job! She went out of her way to make sure we had a great... dining experience. An example of going the extra mile. The food was exceptional and the coffee was made extra special with ??pumpkin spice creamer that Heather provided from her personal supply. ???? We are wondering ????. We went there for dinner, it was 10 people (6 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids). We were told that we had to wait... 20 minutes because there were only 1 cook and 1 server. Alright, we get it, so we agreed to wait and sit down at the waitingarea. In just a few minutes, came 1 guest and they let her in. We thought nothing because it was only 1 person. A few minuteslater came 2 persons and they let them in, and then came again another 2 persons and they let them in. Like, it was already 5guests ? Why they told us to wait if they accept another 5 guests ? They could've sit us at the table if they could accept 5guests? They didn't say anything about 1 cook and 1 server and that there was 20 minutes waiting time to the other guests. So,we decided to just go to another restaurant and as we walk out, another 2 guests came. We understand if there is workersshortage. The problem is, why they let the others to sit and didn't say anything about 1 cook and 1 server and that they have towait 20 minutes. Disappointed. Read more
While service was friendly it was also very slow. They left many people waiting until they served tables. They should switch... back and fourth to keep everyone happy. Or they need someone who stays at the front a couple more wait staff would be good aswell. Read more
Estelle is our favorite waitress! Her customer service is absolutely phenomenal! Even when it's busy we get our food pretty... quickly and it's always delicious. I've been coming here for years and I've never had an issue. Just remember duringtourist/Sturgis Rally season and with thrm bring right off the interstate it can't get quite busy! Dining room was empty still had to wait 20 mins to get seated. Took about as long to get someone to check us out. Was over... charged for our food , brought it to there attention and the clerk just laughed and said that's the way it is. Read more
I had the triple decker Turkey bacon club with fries. It was actually really good. Everything was fresh and tasty for 10pm at... night. Hit the spot. Add a drink and a slice of pie to any entree for $4.99. I was thankful to have a place to eat because itwas so late. Read more
Can't believe we're just now reviewing this place. We've been here plenty of times! Anyways, we'll review based on our last... experience... The Manager thankfully sat us at a booth. Unfortunately, the table hasn't been wiped yet. There were drink/juicestains and a small area had syrup on it. Fortunately, someone left the table cleaner at the next booth. We've (Husband and I)both worked as Servers, at a restaurant before, so he just grabbed it and proceeded to wipe our table, instead of waiting forsomeone to wipe it for us. From there, our Server seemed impatient to get our order. She came by close to 10x, asking if we wereready to order. Having worked as Servers before, we know that customers are done looking through the menu, and have made theirdecision the moment they close and put the menu down. Guess that's something she didn't know, or have yet to learn. I was VERYINDECISIVE, but have my "usuals", so since she was impatient, I just went with my "usual", even though I was eyeing 2 otherdishes. I had told her I wanted to look at the case, when I'm ready for my muffin. Guess what my food came out with? A CranberryOrange Muffin, which I didn't want. She grabbed it off of my plate, which I'm assuming, was put back in the case...Hopefullynot, but what a waste, if it was just thrown away. Read more
