The delivery driver was the only good thing about this place. We ordered a few months ago and got the wrong pizzas, the poor... delivery driver was so upset and sorry for the mix up. His manager wouldn't answer his phone calls to figure out what he neededto do with the mixed up pizzas so I called and had to get the manager. This time we ordered 2 pizzas, once again, one pizza wascorrect (cheese), the other was messed up. I called to get it fixed. The manager was OK, but not sorry at all. We waited anotherhour for the correct pizza to show up and it didn't so I called to see where it was. The employee I talked to couldn't find ourorder so got the manager who was VERY rude this time and hung up on me. I realize people are short staffed but when you mess upan order that should be a priority out the door! My kids had to wait 3 hours total for the rest of their pizza! And we stillhaven't even recieved it!!! Read more
We always order Papa Johns because they?re the only ones who deliver to our house, It?s always a great experience. I wish I... caught the gentleman?s name who delivered our order earlier this evening, so kind and caring! Held a good conversation whilegrabbing the pizzas and just had an overall awesome attitude(: this man deserves a raise! Ordered some food. Noticed it was taking quite some time to be delivered, wasn't worried about that. People are short staffed... right now. I noticed on the tracker the driver was parked at a location not even on the way to my house from their restaurantfor about 10 minutes. I called to see if everything was okay. The manager was relaying messages to me through an employee. Itturns out that the driver took a coworker home and apparently decided to take a break with the coworker before bringing ourfood. I asked to speak to the manager instead of being relayed messages. The manager then told me she would only give me a freeitem on my next order if my food was cold (I wasn't even looking for free stuff or food) I let her know this was poor customeretiquette and extremely disappointing and I wouldn't be ordering from their location again. She told me bye and hung up. Sorryfor the novel but be prepared to wait an hour and a half for a small order of food. I try to be sympathetic to staffing shortagein food industry, I've worked it. This is the first time I've given a tip below 15$ to my delivery driver and I hope its my lasttime receiving service like this. Read more
Usually love papa John's. I was sorely disappointed after ordering a BBQ chicken Hawaiian style pizza. It was made with marinara... and no BBQ. Needless, to say.. We didn't eat it. They honored making a new one at no charge during next visit, but gave attitudeabout it during pick up. Read more
We went in about an hour ago and had a carry out and young man that helped us was very rude and he really needs to learn that if... he?s going to talk trash about a customer that he really shouldn?t do it in front of the customer. It?s really unprofessional. Read more
