We have never had a cold, or bad pizza from Pappa Johns on Mt. Rushmore Road, Rapid City, South Dakota. They deliver pretty... fast, the pizza is hot, and tasty. The pizza here is usually good, but the management is rude and impossible to deal with. Their website consistently won't let a... person place an order, and when you call and try to explain the situation they refuse to honor the online prices, telling us weneed to call the online website support if we have an issue. It shouldn't be the customer taking to the time to fix theirproblem, it should be the company. Read more
I have ordered here twice and both times have been sub par at best. The first time I ordered it was clear to me that they had... reused an old pizza to make my order. I'm guessing the had 2 pepperoni's that they didn't want to go to waste so they threw moretoppings and cheese on it and baked it again. The crust was almost inedible. It was later at night and my kids were hungry so wepowered through as best we could but there were 2 pizza and four of us and we only ate 5 slices and trashed the rest. I triedagain last night figuring that was a one off. On the plus side it wasn't $40 worth of reused inedible pizza however the pizzawasn't cooked all the way through so it was very doughy and still almost inedible. I had to bake it in my oven for another 8minutes at 375 so I could actually eat it. Also I'm not trying to complain about extra stuff but there was so much cheese on itthat it was in the ridiculous territory. I did ask for extra sauce and holy cow did I not realize what I was signing up for. Ithought I would get 1 and 1/2 the sauce but it was at least double maybe more.There is clearly some one working there that isn'tpaying attention to proper portions. I have had and loved papa John's many times but this establishment isn't living up to thestandards that are acceptable. I will not be trying it again and I would encourage anyone reading this to try elsewhere. Read more
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEIR CHEESESTICKS!! The ONLY COMPLAINT that I really have is now they are CHARGING for Cheese, Peppers, &... Seasoning Packets!!! I mean JEEZ (OMG), if I buying my food there, WTH is the DEAL??! UNLESS, you want UNREASONABLE AMOUNTS of1 or more of these, INCLUDE!!! Read more
