My wife and I couldn't wait to get through the 2 1/2 hour drive to eat our faves at Outback yesterday. We had our anniversary... dinner here last year and it was great. The steak and lobster were on point. So we drove all the way up here, only to have ourappetites crushed. Idk the young man's name but he was a great waiter. He brought our drinks out immediately and said he'd beright back for our orders. While waiting we started on our drinks. My wife noticed little dark things floating in hers. Theywere bugs.???? This was after we took drinks of them both. Needless to say but we will not be returning again. The service isgreat, the cleanliness is not. Read more
Had a great time last night here. We had 10 people and were accommodated quickly. Bartenders were great, food was very good,... Dale, our waiter, was amazing! Even the manager came to our table and thanked us for coming. Thank you all for the warmwelcome and great dinner!! Read more
We really enjoyed our meal there. The steak as well as the shrimp were amazing. I was just very nervous when my mom asked for a... well done steak, got a medium rare, and asked for it to get cooked again. The staff did not look happy and I was afraid theywould contaminate the food. Our waitress pretended not to understand what we were saying and went to get a manager who was ableto get the situation corrected. Otherwise, the meal was great. Read more
I can not believe the service we received at this restaurant. I called a couple different restaurants to see if they had prime... rib and everyone I called took the time to make it to the kitchen to check instead of assume. Not this place not only did theytell me they had prime rib available they made us wait 20 minutes for a table when they weren?t busy. We again asked the hostto check if they had prime rib available which she immediately replied they did with out checking. We waisted 40 minutes at thisrestaurant waiting to be seated & getting drinks to be informed they were in fact out of prime rib. So my husband asked for theticket so we can leave and they charged us for the 6 soft drinks we ordered and did not drink after expressing why we wereleaving. Bloomin Onion, overdone and dry. We sent it back and had to take it off our order twice. The first time I guess they didn't... listen to us. Service was a bit lacking. My wife steak was a little to fatty for her liking. Everyone was friendly and nice.Very accommodating. Overall I think we'll try a different steak house for date night in Rapid City. Read more
Best restaurant I've ate at in a very long time. The steak was cooked perfectly!!
Got off a long drive, was seated right away. Got the Bloomin? burger with potato soup and salad. Side and soup was brought out... and soon after the burger was too. Couldn?t believe how fast I ate. Only complaint was potato soup had bacon. I recommend itwithout. Read more
The burgers are great, so are the mashed potatoes and fries. The waitress was friendly. I recommend it if you want a good dining... experience when steaks, burgers, and mashed potatoes sound great. Read more
