Always love the prices of McDonalds. The line can get very long and you wait about 15 mins but that shows the food is good. Have not been to McDonald's for years today I've been reminded why!! Ordered spicy chicken meal Large fry and spicy chicken... sandwich with Ice tea unsweetened. Received a Hi-C. Called it to the tellers attention and was then delivered an Ice tea. Loadedwith sugar which I did not realize until I got home 26.7 miles away along with the small fry that was suppose to be large, aftera sip of Ice Tea my husband threw the whole lot in the garbage. Could not be more disgusted obviously you have employees thatcould care less about the customers they serve. My husband is diabetic and for the most part follows a very strict diet thatcontains no sugar drinks ever. Tried to file a complaint online this is impossible because when it wants a location it erasesyour whole story and makes you start all over again. You cannot submit a complaint without a location which it will not provide.Further they do not answer the phone. So to recap we took their supposed meal and chucked the whole works in the garbage. Went from 2 stars to 1 star If I could give it NO stars I would. Their inability to get an order correct is beyond me and I?ve... given them the benefit of the doubt on some things as I know staffing can be an issue but it?s gotten ridiculous. they didnothing to genuinely resolve my issue which as a customer who waited a HALF HOUR for CURBSIDE PICK UP was told that they "LOST"my "ticket" it was a mobile order smh and then they had half my order missing. They are getting rid of the soda station and Ketchup area. Also the only place with a kid zone is now gated off and I'm guessing... will be torn out. I hate how McDonald's is turning into depressing adults. We choose family friendly restaurants like thisMcDonald's on east north street due to it being the only one still with a play place. I visited this location yesterday and glad I did. First, the older gentleman in the drive thru was very respectful and... courteous. The young lady the gave me my food was also very pleasant. My food was hot and delicious! My big mac looked justlike the picture. Read more
I literally just left, but to the (white) boy wearing a blue shirt - blonde hair - who gave us our food was great! We had to... wait like 2 extra minutes for a cookie because they were out (just isn't a problem because I also work in fast food) and he cameto check on us and gave us a fee pie...excellent service from him...hopefully someone sees this and gives him a shout out! Employees came rushing past me and my grandma through the front door on the sticky floor after bringing food to someone in the... drive through then it took about 15 minutes to get 2 meals made and they wouldnt even let us inside so grandma had to seteverything in her lap as we drove back to out hotel Read more
I stopped ordering here about 9 months ago because I had a series of 4 orders or so incorrectly made. Really big mistakes. I... ordered again tonight, 1st time in months, and I am missing two cheese burgers,(I ordered doubles, receipt shows singles) and Iasked for two double quarter pounders and instead recieved one if them as a single. I have children and just hopping into thecar and driving back down to pick up my missing food is a huge, huge inconvenience not to mention I'm being ROBBED of my money. Read more
