At 9 am this morning I went into the east north location to turn in 140 dollars in winning scratch tickets. I had a good experience yesterday. I stopped by for a coke and the cashier notice the color of the drink looked different. She... took the time to check the machine and got it charged so I could get a fully charged drink. Thank you to the staff of theMaverick for such thoughtful service! Read more
I spend so much money in this gas station! I ALWAYS go there!! I KNOW they know who I am, but the rude security guard is... literally following me all over the place and finally comes and taps me and says ?hey! You need to put your bag over by thedoor! You can?t carry it in here!? Are you kidding me? Ridiculous!!!!! What kind of store makes you put your bag by the door? Iwill NEVER go in there again. Nice store BUT the lady in catchier seem in a very mad mood. Due to her having a mask and I couldn?t hear her very well I ask... her to repeat what she said. I go here all the time Sometimes the gas is great. Other times i get horrible gas mileage driving less miles than when it was... good. Staff is friendly enough, and helpful. Good selection of everything. I made an evening tour of the place opening day (Sep 14, 2017). Many "grab and go" eats; some were even wholesome. The... food/grocery offerings were slim. The beer cave was expansive with all different sizes, some craft beers, and even some fairwine offerings. The automotive items are also slim pickings. I will usually search out a Maverick for snacks, fuel, and a usually clean restroom. I love this chain of C-Stores. I have... stopped at this location a few times now and they are consistently pretty dirty and I was just refused a purchase because theirpoint of sale system was not working. The clerk admitted this is an ongoing issue. Seems this location needs some attention andleadership. Read more
