This location is incredibly poorly ran. Waiting 15 minutes for an online order of CrazyBread when there are several orders... waiting to be purchased by walk-in customers is absurd. When I finally did get my order (after a fiasco that would take far toolong to type), it turned out to be hot dough. The breadsticks were still raw and completely inedible. This isn?t my first badexperience at this store, but it will be my last. Read more

Price is right, pizza is good and just don't forget your drinks (if ordered) as pick up is all you.

The flavor of the pizzas are really good for how cheap it is but the last two orders we?ve placed at the Mt. Rushmore location... have had issues. The first time the deep dish pizza I ordered was still raw in the middle. I called and the manager tried tosay it was just ?chewy? but I told him chewy doesn?t taste like raw dough. He did offer to remake it if I wanted to come collectit but that defeats the purpose of my having ordered it originally for delivery plus I?m not spending my gas to collect an orderthey messed up. The manager gave me Door Dash?s number to see if they could arrange for a delivery driver and ended up gettingput through to Little Caesars customer service where I was issued a refund. The next time I ordered, I ordered a stuffed crust (but what I received was normal crust) and a three piece stuffed crazy bread (but only received two pieces). I called them andwas given the number for Door Dash where sat on hold for 30m because I had to be connected to a rep who then had to connect meto a Little Caesars rep. Once I did get someone it was smooth sailing and Im currently waiting on a refund for that ordernow. Sadly I don?t think we?ll be ordering online from them anymore. Even though the food is good I want what I?ve paid for andordered. Read more

With our recent order we had missed brownie dessert from store 768893 Mt. Rushmore Rd in Rapid City, SD. When calling back to... receive a refund for the missed item (only $4 from a $40 order) I was told that we could not be refunded. Only come back andgrab the item today or get it within 30 days. Then the manager informed me there was a sign telling you to grap the dessertsfrom the front. Kind of felt like he was putting it on us for missing the brownies. All I could think is signs are easy to missin a busy lobby. Seeing as how I eat little Ceasars about twice a year I didn't see myself coming back in 30 days. I politelyexplained this to the manager and was told he could only refund the whole order, but would need the items back. Since we hadfinished a good portion of our order before finding the dessert to be missing, this was not an option. After politely explainingagain it would not be convenient, or even remotely worth it to come back for a $4 item, and asked for a refund again; heexplained over that they cannot refund one item and he would need all the items back. I thanked him for making it superconvenient and told him to not bother and have a nice day. With our technology and business systems today it should be easyenough to make it right with a customer. Making customers jump through hoops to right a mishap is ridiculous. Sincerely, not acustomer anymore Read more

I ordered one of these in crescent city, CA. when they first came out and it was very good, served hot, and not prepackaged.... Several months later I'm in Rapid City and ordered one online along with a pizza. The pizza was what I expected but see photobelow in regards to my disappointment. In my experience I've been quite happy with their deserts cinnamon roles etc. which havenever been prepackaged and served as a restaurant should hot and relatively fresh. I hope this is not something that LittleCeasars is changing to nation wide. Read more

5/13/18 We LOVE little Caesers and the two kids working were really cool but the pizza was DRY. They woulda made another one... but were closing in 15, maybe that was why but the Pizza almost wasn?t edible. I had to tear off the topping from the pizzadough and crust and eat that because the bread was tearing the inside of my mouth every time I chewed. Read more
