Chicken breast was so under cooked it was bleeding. Skin was rubbery. The wing was so tiny and dry. Our sandwiches were dry and... tough to eat. The fries were so over done and crunch to hard to eat. Even the biscuit was dry and inedible. The only thingedible was the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I use to love your chicken you guys have gone down hill. You shouldn't be servingfood that horrible. I like stopping in because I can get out of my car and actually go in and eat some place. Most of the fast food places,... especially on East North or lacrosse Street, have their lobbies closed for dine in. Sure there are other places to get chickenbut KFC to me is the best. Read more
I ordered the 12 piece family meal deal and was charged 13.00 more than what the menu board said. When I asked why the... difference I was told the price on the board is just for the chicken and the sides are extra, even though the menu price sayswith the sides. I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tenders. The food was hot and had fresh fries. After I left I thought the lady... forgotten to give me the Buffalo sauce I paid for. I called and got Matt on the phone. He was nice and courteous. I go back tothe establishment only to realize that I had it.
