Slow due to staffing issues. I understand. Pulled up to the speaker and the girl working was rude/a bit unfriendly. Probably a... bad day or just frustrated because of being understaffed. The bread and chicken for my chicken sandwich was extremely burnt.Funny enough it still tasted good. Fries were mediocre. But, they were atleast warm. Read more

Poorly trained pathetic group. From the grunts- to include mgmt as well. $25 meal was a trainwreck! ALSO order was correct on... order board in drive -thru. Only 2 tacos were correctly made. Got home, phoned the place. Phone etiquette was well handled, name&# given. NEXT DAY!!!!! Return with hopes that this differ crew would have better understanding of my order tickets I had niteB4..grrr Feeling confident I carried my meal out their doors. Head home as B4. Taking meal outta the sak feeling this was jusfine. WELL,, MY MEAL WAS ALL WRONGFULLY DONE!!!! AN AGAIN I CALLED TO SAY "this ain't it fools"! Refund is now available anwaiting for da angry momz... Has money in hand now,,, Im still wanting the taco bell meal 4 family!!! Now I search for anothertaco bell stand to serve my family. After reading the wonderfully terrible reviews, me and a friend decided to endanger ourselves by eating here. We ordered the... plain star burger and a small fry. During our wait, we took in the surrounding. The floors were sticky and had food all over.The staff was arguing with a good amount of cuss words in the front. There was a paper sitting next to the register withsomeone's ID and social security card easily seen by everyone. During the wait, a customer complained about being given only 2buns instead of a chicken sandwich We timed our wait to be 23 minutes. When they called our name, they slammed the order on thecounter and waddled into the back. Our order was, like many others, wrong. We got a BBQ onion burger, with A FREE HAIR on top ofthe bun! How appetizing. We knew going in that this would be a terrible experience, but it exceeded our expectations in theworst ways possible. We genuinely regret spending $10 here. I ordered a 10 piece chicken tenders. I paid and was told to pull up and they'd be brought to me. After waiting nearly ten... minutes I was handed my bag and drove away. The bag contained (2) 5 piece tenders. I handed one container to my adult son andtook the other. We both opened them and began eating. I instantly noticed mine was not hot and asked him of his was. He saidthis piece is. I said mine isn't. The next piece wasn't either. His was hot. My third piece wasn't hot, his wasn't either. I stopped eating , I wasn't in the mood for cold chicken. He asked how many I had left I said two, he traded thinking his werehot. One was one wasn't. He ate both of my cold and the one of his that was. So we waited for 10 pieces of hot chicken andgot a total of three pieces of hot chicken. Room temperature at best. I am very disappointed that more than half of my foodwas not hot. I'd like to know why they didn't drop ten on the fryer instead of just three. Read more
